Always a great experience here. The donuts are fresh, soft, and delicious—especially the original glazed when they’re warm. It’s a donut! Like pizza and Mexican food even the bad is still good. It’s the only one around me so I occasionally go in and regret my life choices but it’s always worth it. When I get a coffee from Tim Horton ill get a donut and its always disappointing, stale like, firm and just blah, dunkin is good depending on the time of day but krispy is the only one, any time you go, it’ll be fresh and consistent. Nice! Just don’t log it into your calorie counter, diet starts tomorrow!

Stopped by for a dozen doughnuts. They have the seasonal flavors out now for fall. So we got a dozen mixed doughnuts. Also bought a dozen regular glazed for our neighbors because they love those. The doughnuts are subpar. They have little filling inside of them compared to years back when they used to be so much better. They weren’t even making any fresh hot glazed which is thier trademarked item. It was a very disappointing stop and we will not be back. You certainly don’t get what you pay for with thier exorbitant prices. They have gone down in quality and they employee who waited on us looked and acted like we were ruining her day by walking into her place of employment. She actually had to get up and wait on someone as it was really dead inside the shop. We were the only people in there. Now the drive – thru was busy and that girl was nice. She greeted us when we came in but had to wait about 5 minutes for the other employee to arrive and take our order with quite an attitude! When we got our 2 dozen she rang us up told us our total we paid and she walked away. No Thank-you no have a nice day no bag! I had to ask for a bag for 2 2 dozen doughnuts! You have bags give me bag!
We will not be back as this was a very disappointing visit from the employee to the food we ordered!

I ordered donuts for delivery for my staff. These show and it’s not what I ordered. There is also a HAIR inside my box. When I call to make a complaint. I get told that they just did have the donuts I ordered and they would not do anything to help me. Terrible. If I ran my business this way I would be fired.

I’m sorry but the service at this location was terrible this time. It’s not the first time we’ve had bad service at this location but this time was definetrly the worst. We thought we would have good service like we did last sunday when the family first got the specialty collection and at that time the donuts were good but we so wrong expecting that kimd of service to happen a second ti d We had someone get there by exactly 6am and be the first in line to get a dozen slytherin donuts only be tokd ‘i can’t do that becauss we have to save it for the online orders’ that they’d only allow a half dozen and that more would be made at 3. So at 6:20am we placed an online order to pick up at 3:30pm for another half dozen and 2 sorting hats. I got off work and we headed there only for it to not be ready and the girl is lile ‘oh we dont have any but we are making them fresh’ turns out that wasnt true after waiting an HOUR while watching the employees fool around not acknowledging anyone for long periods of time and having asked multiple to.es if the donuts were being made only for the hour later to find out they were never making more and talking to the guy in charge and finding out nope no they dont make more at 3 and that we should have been allowed to get the dozen in the morning especially since our person was first in line. They tried to say it was because the employees were new but that doesn’t excuse what happened or make up for it. On top of that the person that got sorting hats in the morning none of the sorting hat donuts had a sorting hat on them. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! And they acted like it was no big deal. The girls behind the counter were standing in the back laughing about like it was funny we had been screwed waiting an hour. Sorry but your employees need better training, the crew that was there last Sunday morning were a lot better than the crew there today. At least they gave better service that time and allowed both a dozen special collection and dozen slytherin. I will not be suprised one bit if this location closes.

The guy who was maybe the manager was very nice and welcoming. The woman working with him was sloooowwwww. I had 2 hot chocolates with my order. I was able to pick out three dozen donuts and have them packed in a quarter of the time it took to make those drinks. We received our drinks and they felt very pretty empty. They were both filled halfway then topped with whip cream to hide the fact they weren’t filled. The manager made more and filled the cup a bit more but it still lacked. I paid $72.12 for my order. (Which is ridiculous for donuts). I expect to get my money’s worth.
