I guess they deleted my first review because they didn’t want to be seen as so awful.
I personally recommended this place to my mother and husband because I used to come here All the time.
Got three burritos, ordered mine last just a bacon egg potato and cheese breakfast burrito with Extra Bacon. Paid $38 for everything. Got my burrito and there was no bacon At All! Went back for them to remake it to have them argue with me and say I said extra beans.
1 that’s not what I said and
2 there were no beans and no bacon so either you messed up or you messed up. Just take accountability and move on.

Then when they tried to talk to either in Spanish my husband made sure to let them know that he could understand what they were saying and that I was rude to talk about their customers that way.
Finally they asked if I wanted the food or the money because they were done remaking it, I said the food, I want to be able to eat something, and two minutes later proceeded to count me back the money, and then argue with me again when I said I wanted the food.

GLAD to say I will NEVER be here again or recommend this place to Anyone.
Ew.

Amazing value for the price. I always get the carne asada burrito and it is packed full of meat. It’s well cooked almost crispy without being dry at all. Never had a burrito this size that didn’t leak out half a gallon of grease from the bottom until I came to this one. There’s no reason to go anywhere else for a carne asada burrito as I have yet to find one cheaper or better.

THIS Nicos is small suite with cramped and limited seating used as fast food Mexican restaurant, famous for breakfast burritos and sloppy eating. Prices are way too high, but they have the OG fan base from the cheaper times. Me included. I go a handful of times a year. There are other places around town but not as frequent as NICOS.

Sometimes you just need that burrito though. Quick service, nice enough staff. You can be in and out in under 10 minutes for an entire family burrito order.

Personally, VIVA burrito, IMO is cheaper and better. PACOS off Grant and Craycroft is my favorite.

At 10+ bucks for one burrito, you can go to Bisbee Breakfast Club, Jerry Bobs, etc…if you add 5ish dollars and eat better food and be waited on if that is what speaks to you.

Just my 2c.

Where is the queso? I could’ve made this chips and cheese my self in the microwave for significantly cheaper. Quesadilla is straight slop. Can’t even pick it up to eat it.

I recently placed a rather large order over the phone with a staff member named Linda. At the end of the call, I asked for the total cost of my order but was told she could not provide it and that I would receive the total when I arrived for pickup.

When I arrived, I was very surprised to find that the prices charged were almost double what was listed on Nico’s online menu. I had reviewed the menu beforehand, expecting that the prices shown were current and accurate. When I asked why I couldn’t be given a total over the phone, Linda stated that she had other customers to deal with.

I found the customer service to be very poor. When I requested to speak with a manager, I was told no one was available. After being persistent, I was eventually given the owner’s information. Linda also asked me to pull up the online pricing so she could take pictures of it with her personal phone, which felt unprofessional.

This experience left me frustrated and disappointed. Clear communication and accurate, updated pricing are very important for customers, especially when placing large orders. I sincerely hope Nico’s Burritos will address this issue so future customers don’t encounter the same confusion and frustration.

The staff will refund your money and kick you out before just admitting they made the order wrong and correcting it. Very toxic and u professional environment.

VERY DIRTY AS WELL

This is the BEST nicos location! The super fries are the absolute best! The fries are always so crispy even when the toppings are on there! The soda is always fresh and crisp! It’s always clean and I enjoy the staff! I live 40 minutes from here and I will drive that far for this food!

Ordered a bacon burrito with no cheese and I paid $10 for a burrito full of potatoes. This location obviously cuts corners in quality just to make a buck. This location is the worst.
