Food was delicious, wings had good flavor but the boomerang cheese sticks were not to great not hot and it was like a soft cheese so no cheese pull. Wedge salad was decent never had balsamic on one though. The flight drinks tasted good my favorites were the blackberry and mango you get nice size cups for 9.99 I will say they are a little heavy on the sryup side but all in all its one of my husband and i go to spots when we want a little date night

’ve always enjoyed dining at Outback Steakhouse, which makes my recent experience at the Post Road, Indianapolis location all the more disappointing.
First, I want to acknowledge our server Jessica, who was absolutely wonderful — professional, attentive, and customer-focused. She made every effort to provide excellent service, so my concerns have nothing to do with her.
Unfortunately, the food quality and order accuracy fell far below expectations. Our Bloomin’ Shrimp appetizer was extremely greasy, lacking the usual crispiness and flavor I’ve come to love. For my entrée, I ordered the Grilled Shrimp on the Barbie with a Caesar salad and baked potato as sides. However, I was charged separately for the baked potato, and the Caesar salad wasn’t even listed on the receipt. To make matters worse, the shrimp was served on a bare plate without the usual bread it’s typically presented on.
My dining companion’s Kookaburra Wings were also undercooked — chewy instead of crispy and flavorful. Overall, this visit was a real letdown compared to the many positive experiences I’ve had at Outback in the past.

Chase was an excellent server. He was extremely attentive to our needs and was super patient and gentle with my elderly grandma. He has such an amazing attitude. I hope he’ll be our server again soon! The food was very good and the steak was cooked at the correct temperature and very juicy!!

This store has zero attention to detail and tried to cheat us out of our money. Luckily door dash tried to resolve. I spent $90 and only got $65 back, but that’s better than nothing. I weighed my filet mignon (see pics where I ordered TWO 8oz… one was 6oz , one was 5oz… a disgrace. How many others have been cheated because they don’t have a scale on the table. Furthermore, I ordered MASHED potatoes and got TWO baked potatoes… proving zero care for the customer… this is not the first time, in the past, I realize mistakes can be made, but when someone is paying for a service, it needs to be close to fulfilled. This is outrageous.

My steak was great, no heavily seasoned, so I was able to enjoy it. The broccoli was cool, it could have stayed in the pot longer to be served hot. Cool broccoli is not kool. But the seasoning/sauce/gravy whatever you want to call it, that was a nice experience, although it would have been a wonderful experience had the broccoli been hot. Great job to the chef who made my steak. Oh my sweet potato was very small, I guess that’s a thing now, you’re not the only one doing it. Unfortunately I dropped it in the truck so I can give it a review.

We arrived here on a Wednesday around 7. The place was not super busy, but no one at the front to greet us. After a few minutes a gentleman told us he would get us seated in a few minutes. We didn’t mind waiting, the place wasn’t too busy, but the gentleman didn’t seem too happy to be there or to be working. If he was the hostess he was also bussing tables, so I understand that he was busy, just not very friendly. The food itself was fine. Our waitress was pleasant enough, just a little misunderstanding with my sons order and not hearing him correctly, but it was promptly fixed and brought out by someone who appeared to be the manager. As we are traveling , we stopped here for not a fast food meal and I normally don’t choose outback, so I am a little biased. The steak flavoring was ok, a little too much pepper for my liking, but flavor was adequate. My son ribs were actually really good for having sauce on them (I’m not a sauce on rib person). Both of my kids ordered steak, which was cooked to their preference. My husband and I had slightly over cooked steaks, but not anything we couldn’t eat. My husband also had shrimp, which he said was delicious. My daughter and I both ordered mushrooms, which I ususlly love with my steak, but did not care for all the liquid these were prepared in compared to other steak places. My favorite thing was the appetizer. I can understand after eating the meal, why the gentleman earlier could be upset since our waitress did not remove any dishes from our table, the cooks did when our food came out as well as the manager when he brought my sons ribs out. I’m not one to really talk about restrooms in a food review, but this had to be mentioned for my husband to complain about it… my husband and son both said the restroom smelled horrid and was disgusting. My husband stated it looked like they closed a bathroom down, but did not clean it afterwards, stating that there was feces and flies all over the toilet that was shut down. My son refused to go back in there after eating his ribs and I had to have him go into the women’s bathroom to wash his hands afterwards.

Time at outback and l hadn’t had a booming onion since I was a teen and really wanted again. I Called to place my order 1 bloomin onion with 2 extra blooming onion sauce and 2 spinach dips. I asked if the spinach dips come with pita bread, and I was told yes. When i arrived 30 minutes later. I went inside, waited for at least 10 to 15 minutes watching employees walk by me like i wasn’t even standing there before anybody said anything to me. I gave her my name and she left helped others. I asked to pay so i paid. Went sat in my car. When my food was given to me. First it didn’t come with pita bread like I was told. I didn’t get my extra bloomin onion dipping sauce so I went back inside and stood there for another 10 plus minutes while employee’s walked by me again like I was not there. I heard women in the kitchen laughing and chit chat around like they had nothing to do. All while i was standing at the pickup area , and there was a couple other people standing there behind me , and a couple people left because there was so many people there waiting. The lady came out. I told her I was missing my sauces. It was like she had an attitude she left was gone at least ten minutes before she brought it to me. Then of course, by the time I got home my food is cold. I have to heat my food up. My blooming onion is like it’s been sitting in a bucket of grease on the bottom half of it. My spinach dip is so thick and there is so much spinach in it. It was not good and instead of my pita bread like I was told came with it , which was one of the only reasons why I came to your location , it came with chips which I did not like or won’t

All around HORRIBLE!! We wanted a nice dinner yesterday and it turned into the worst meal we’ve had since being in Indy! We walked in during shift change (of course) there were friends of ours outside who warned us to go somewhere else and I wish we would’ve listened. We were sat fairly quickly but that’s got to be the best thing to happen the whole time we were there. I would call my server out by name but we saw her so seldomly that I don’t even remember it. We were rushed through ordering. Waited almost 35 minutes for our food and it was not good. The French onion soup had so much bread and cheese in it I almost choked. My steak was riddled with gristle and so tough that I could barely eat it. I asked for extra butter and sour cream with my loaded baked potato and never got it. I was planning to ask for it when she checked on us but she never came back. She was too busy gossiping about her new tattoo and other servers/bartenders to come check on us. The coconut shrimp had so much breading you could barely eat it. The Parm corn was just nasty. My husband sat through our whole meal without a refill. And the card reader at the table wasn’t working so we waited forever for her to come back and run our card. Then I had to remind her that my meal came with a cheesecake and I just asked for it to go but they were giving out free cheesecakes to all kinds of other guests because of the wait. Paid over $60 for the most disappointing meal we’ve had all week. 0/10 recommend. DO NOT GO THERE.

Dan is a customer service Expert what we used to see in people back in the day when people really cared and listened to what you had to say me and my husband cannot say enough about Dan Dan if you read this you went way, above and beyond and made us feel like we were important people and genuinely cared and wanted to correct and resolve the situation.
