I can tell you that this is not this chilis I grew up with. After work neither of us wanted to cook and my baby’s “had” to stop at Ulta. Chilis is across from it so we got a quick dinner. The food is not what I remember. Tastes better, fresher, and cleaner tables. We each had a marg. Not sure what it was called but really good. And the best part. Our server Karen was so attentive and professional. Made the experience better 100%

A little disappointed with how my food looked on arrival. We ordered different items for pick up. When I got home, the chips tasted stale, my shrimp that I paid extra for, were some tiny shrimp they serve with tacos. My broccoli was yellow. Steak was overcooked. Usually I have a great experience.

⭐ 1 Star – Very Disappointed
I ordered Honey Chipotle Mozzarella Sticks from Chili’s (Pflugerville location) around 6:30 PM on November 5th. I’ve always loved the taste here, but this time I was shocked to find a hair in my food.
When I showed it to the front desk, they acted very casually and didn’t seem to take it seriously. That kind of response was really disappointing. I hope the management improves food hygiene and trains staff to handle such issues with more care and professionalism.

This location has an AMAZING staff. We stopped in for a meal just passing through the area and noticed something different about this location. Jaime and Caleb were friendly, personable, and made a seemingly basic trip to chilis an experience we will remember. Thank you!

Tonight was amazing at Chili’s, The staff and GM are always the best part of our dinner. Service was speedy and fantastic, food is amazing as always. The GM himself is the BOMB! This location is my favorite Chili’s because of the wonderful staff and GM.

I am writing this review for the amazing service we received today. While we were there, they experienced plumbing issues and had to shut down the restrooms and eventually the store. Of course right as the restrooms shut down, my daughter needed to use them. We had to go across the street to MOD to use the restroom. When the manager found out what happened, he came over to our table, apologized and comped our meal. I have never had a restraunt do this for us. It was incredibly kind and we did not expect it at all! We will go back to this location because of the service we received!

This place needs to get it together. I placed the order ahead so I could get back to work on time. I had to wait an extra 15 mins for my order. A simple quarter pounder meal with no cheese, because I’m allergic to cheese. They messed it up and the food was cold. Then I had to wait an extra 15 mins for it to be cooked again. I will make sure I avoid these chills.

I just picked up my to go order. The restaurant didn’t look busy. I’m giving a 1 star for service. I stood there for several minutes and watched people walk by and ignore my presence. No one greeted me to say they’d be right with me or anything. It wasn’t until a group of employees walked to the kiosk with their manager to order food for themselves, that anyone acknowledged me. The person who gave me my order finally, she saw me standing there, made eye contact with me but walked past twice. This was pretty annoying as I am sick and just wanted to pick up my food for my children to be on my way. I’d say this isn’t the 1st time that a pick up for me took longer than it should have but this time several people saw me standing there and did nothing. Other times the restaurant was busy so I was patient but today there was no excuse when numerous employees were just standing around talking to one another.

This is the second time I visit this location. I got the same server. Oscar was his name. All I have got to say is I could feel you didn’t want to serve me. I like to detach when I go for lunch from work and you really just made my experience suck. I’ll be going elsewhere for lunch. Chilis, you must be not doing something right for your employees to be suffering that much that it looks like they always hate what they do.
