Service at this place is always awful but it is the closest one to my house so I always end up going back. I ordered a 8 pcs combo. Sadly at 9:30pm there was not more wings, breast or biscuits for my order. I ended up accepting leg and tights only and replacing my biscuits for fries. The main problem was that after all of that I got terrible fries. They were very greasy and not cooked well. They ruined my family’s dinner. Unbelievable!!!

Whoever cooks the fries needs to do a better job in the consistency of seasoning it. I’ve been coming here for the past year and more than 70% of the time I order the fries and it’s overcooked or under seasoned. I don’t normally write bad reviews but this place definitely takes the cake in having the worst fries on a consistent basis. Have a reasonable and sound plan on conducting quality control on the products people want to eat and spend their hard earn money on.

This was, unfortunately, the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Bojangles. The front door was broken, leaving us standing outside for several minutes before an employee finally let us in, without any acknowledgment or greeting.

Once inside, the lack of customer service continued. The restaurant was visibly dirty, and they were out of several items. We only stayed because we were traveling and needed a quick stop, which turned out to be a mistake.

The food itself was extremely disappointing, dry, cold, and tasted like it had been sitting in old oil. One item even had hair on it, and parts of our order were missing. To make matters worse, there were no napkins available, and it took several minutes for staff to locate some in the back.

The drink station was also an issue, as all of the beverages were flat. We used the restroom while there, and it was just as unclean as the rest of the facility.

Overall, this location shows a serious lack of cleanliness, quality control, and basic customer service. I would not recommend it to anyone, and it appears to need significant attention before it should be serving customers at all.

The dining room was clean and well maintained, which I appreciated. However, the all-women staff didn’t seem very engaged while working and there was a noticeable lack of communication. I also received the wrong order even though I dined in. On a positive note, the food itself was great and tasted fresh. If the service and communication improve, this place could easily be better.

I initiated an online order at this location at about 8:45am for 7 sausage bo berry biscuits. The confirmation email stated that the order would be ready about 9am. I didn’t arrived to the restaurant until about 9:20. When entering, there were a few cars at the drive thru, no one was at the register, there were 2 gentleman standing in the pick up area waiting for their orders, and the cashier was standing on that side as well. After about 5 mins or more, I stepped over to that area to ask the cashier if my online order was ready for pick up. She asked another co-worker who then instructed the guy preparing the orders to make it. The 2 gentlemen in the area out of frustration stated “good luck with that”. It took about another 10 minutes before both gentleman was handed their food, one was missing items and the other was an uber eats driver. The cashier put a roll of stickers on the counter and instructed him to secure to order he’s to deliver with the stickers, he refused stating that “he’s not allowed to tamper with the food or packaging” and that the bag should be secured before he takes it from the store. There were 3 drinks missing from his order to which he notified them, there was a gentleman that appeared to either be the owner or manager hand him the cups and strongly advised him to use the drink machine to fill the cups and add the stickers to the tops. Again out of frustration, the guy stated again that he is not allowed to tamper with any of the food or drinks as all should be secured before he leaves the establishment. While all of this is going on, my order was still not prepared. After those 2 gentleman had left with their orders 3-4 other families had come in, ordered food and received their orders as per numerous cars in the drive thru. As I stood in the pick up area, I observed the employees complaining about it’s not the norm to be busy on a Sunday, it’s normally chill and laid back. In my opinion, 3-5 people on the inside and about 4-6 cars in the drive thru isn’t considered overly busy. At about 10am, I politely asked the cashier to cancel my order as it wasn’t being prepared and I have to make it to my destination, she nonchalantly stated that I would have to use the mobile app. I advised that the order was done online and not the app and that I did not see anywhere on the confirmation email where I could cancel the order and asked if she could show me where I could cancel the order. She then walked away from me. I then left the store and called my bank to dispute the charge as I didn’t want to pay for something that I never received. I was advised by the bank rep, that he see’s where the authorization had gone through and the order would post to my account on the next day, but they will initiate a dispute. I would not be patronizing this location again.

Do not waste your time here PLEASE!!!! Customer service sucks, completely disrespectful, they forgot about my order, and took 20min to get coffee…. Yes coffee….

Please save yourself some time if you’re reading this. This place needs to be closed ASAP.

Not even 1 star.. this was horrible!
This was hands down the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. First off, the bathrooms were absolutely filthy — the men’s sink was full of mud, like someone had just taken a shower in it. Totally disgusting.

When we tried to order, the guy at the register was on his cell phone the entire time and acted like we were bothering him. To make things worse, they were out of almost everything we tried to order. The food that was available looked like it had been sitting out all day.

While waiting, we noticed bugs crawling on the counter and the floor was so sticky it felt like walking through syrup. The soda machine looked like it had mold growing on it. They even tried to serve us old, greasy fries after one employee said to another, “the fries are fine,” even though they clearly weren’t.

When we finally got our food, it looked completely inedible. It was so bad that we just walked out, left the entire bag in the parking lot, and went somewhere else. I can’t believe this place is allowed to operate in this condition. Absolutely disgusting.

852pm when writing this, while eating service person yelled “lock the door”, no peach cobbler, no sides except fries green beans and pinto beans, poor service poor atmosphere just plain poor!

The automated ordering system for the drive thru is terrible. It doesnt repeat your order, nor is there a visual way to ensure your order is correct. When I paid I wasnt given a receipt and when I asked for one I was told the machine was down. My mashed potatoes also had an ant on them.

I love Bojangles, always a fan of the food, but my goodness the service here is struggling. Had one person whose order had already been taken in front of me and they couldn’t take my order for a solid 20 min. I didn’t end up even being able to order, I think the staff may need a little assistance with how to run a “fast” food restaurant
