Micah was hands-down one of the best servers we’ve had in a long time. From the moment we sat down, he was warm, attentive, and genuinely made our experience feel special. He knew the menu inside and out, offered great recommendations, and checked in at just the right moments without ever being intrusive.
Our drinks were always full, the food came out perfectly timed, and Micah’s energy made the whole meal even more enjoyable. He struck that rare balance of being professional while also incredibly personable—exactly what you hope for when dining out.
If you’re lucky enough to have Micah as your server, you’re in for a fantastic experience. He’s an absolute asset to this restaurant, and we’ll definitely be back because of him.

Restaurant has an authentic vibe, but the salsa served with its tasty chips is Americanized. In other words the salsa is heavy on tomato, bland, and not authentic. I had crunchy tacos that were good. Soft serve ice cream was nice. My IPA draft was very good. My server Noah was very personable and friendly. Overall this restaurant is worth stopping in for a meal!

Stopped by to grab lunch. Tried the Pollo Santa Fe lunch portion. Nice size portion meal. Char-grilled chicken breast, southwestern sauce, black bean corn salsa, cheese, tortilla strips with Mexican rice & charro beans. Hit the spot and I had time to spare with my lunch break! I recently visited Rosie‘s Mexican Cantina restaurant and was blown away by how yummy everything was. Every dish was full of flavor, fresh, and beautifully prepared. From the appetizers to the main courses, the food was absolutely delicious

Our waitress was very attentive. Our table wait time was 15 minutes on a Saturday night, note that this is a popular busy dining place. So happy this restaurant was recommended to me , it did not disappoint.
