Food was nice, I liked it! The server on the counter wasn’t the most friendly did their job but no pleasantries and the seating wasn’t great! We were a party of 6 and struggled to fit into the large booth! I would eat there again if I was passing and fancied a quick burger though!

Ordered a combo of a 20 pc nugget through Uber Eats where the menu required you to choose four sauces to complete the order and only received 10 pcs with 1 sauce also ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and received a beef burger with bacon which I’m allergic to

This is the worst Wendy’s in the world I am not exaggerating this. Missing food items, not getting custom orders right, and the food is the worst I’ve ever seen and tasted that a Wendy’s has given to me. Please find another Wendy’s this is not the one you want to order from

I’m not sure what the rules are at this location, but I witnessed a woman who claimed to be a manager treat an employee very poorly in front of me and my husband. We had just bought a Frosty but decided to go back around and order something else. We politely asked the young man at the window if he could throw it away for us, and before he could even respond, the manager started yelling, “What’s wrong with it?” and then snapped at him, saying, “That’s nasty! Don’t take customers’ food back,” right in front of us.
When we asked who she was and why she was speaking to him like that, she rudely said she didn’t want to talk to us and asked, “What are you even waiting for?” even though we had just placed another order.
The way she handled the situation was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. No one should be spoken to like that, especially in front of customers. Just because someone holds a title doesn’t mean they should forget how to treat people with kindness and respect.

This place needs new management yesterday. It’s always a miss here. Tonight’s issue. How do you run out of napkins? How do you serve chili without utensils? How do you not check to see if the lids closed all the way to avoid spills? How do you serve warm chili vs hot? Where are the crackers? How do you give me chili without any meat lol does Wendy’s have a veggie option I’m not aware of? It takes at least 15 minutes to cook tenders always. This place misses the mark daily and it’s in Dr Philip’s with million dollar homes around it. The staff cares absolutely zero for the food you purchase no sense of urgency and no quality control. Do better Wendy’s and start sending your corporate team and Secret shoppers to this location you’ll be surprised what you see and get. Go around 9pm You’ll see what I’m talking about

Terrible customer service! The woman working the drive through seemed to be having a private conversation ,presumably on her phone. If you would like to be unsure about your order being correct , have surprise sizing on orders and being yelled at for you drink order, you found the place.

Doesn’t seem like drive-through notes what they’re doing. Took way too long to order and pick up my order. My chili was horrible and had to get switched out at a different location. The chili had no juice whatsoever in it and tasted burnt like it was the bottom of the pan! Also chili cup was barely half full. Also ordered a burger wrapped in lettuce, only had lettuce on the top not the bottom.

Wendy’s by far has the best tasting chili ️, to me at least, but it’s the people serving the food that makes the food taste even better.

Very good deal. Big portion. The young servers are very nice. They remind us that the gung pao chicken Is spicy and contains peanuts. When we couldn’t decide on the sides he suggested half half that is half rice and half noodles. The rice is very nice and fresh and it seems like short grain rice which is very tasty. The orange chicken is also well cooked and seasoned. The downside is the entree doesn’t have much vegetables in it unless you add a vegetable entree. The inside seating area is very spacious. The outdoor seating area is very nice too. We sat outdoor and we really enjoyed our meal. They offer different packets of sauces. The quality of the sauce is good.

Worst Wendy’s location ever. 2x times it happen to me the first time I let it slide second I went in and said something I ordered The 10 piece nugget meal asked for it fresh nuggets are horrible and I requested sweet-and-sour got sweet and chili went in and told him that I asked for sweet-and-sour they said oh we’re out of it well I should’ve been told that at the drive-through window in order to have another option thankfully I’m not allergic to chili or spice, but what if I was Never ever again and all the employees are super ignorant I watched the guy at the fryer station wipe his nose with his hand and just stand there didn’t even wash his hands like absolutely unacceptable I work in the food industry and I’m a manager, and we do not tolerate Any of that behavior, we are artist something we give the customer another option and we let them know
