We stopped in on our route to SC and was pleasantly surprised. The sm restaurant was quick and easy to get in and out of. Our only complaint was that the syrup was out of the Dr. Pepper but they fixed it for us no problem. Everyone who works there was friendly and helpful.
Highly suggest the stop!
Ps. It’s very easy to get in and out of, even with a camper hauling a trailer.

Went to this McDonald’s twice today. For breakfast the girl forgot to put in napkins. For dinner I asked for two freshly made double cheeseburgers. I noticed the ticket said well done. They said that’s code for freshly made. Well the burgers were hard like they were well done alright but they weren’t hot like a freshly made burger should be and there were no onions or mustard. That’s why these people only deserve $15 an hour. Can’t get anything right. They’re lucky to have jobs but they could care less. Someday they’ll be replaced by robots and they’ll complain and say they did a great job. Well you didn’t. And you deserved to be replaced.

Waited an hour for food on curbside. When I went in rather than being busy an employee was getting a drink at the speed of molasses rather than helping customers. A couple who were also waiting as they were also curbside orders.
They had to ask me multiple times what i ordered and 20 minutes later I was still waiting for them to bring me my food at the counter. Not only were they slow in their work they did it lazily. Took me over an hour and a half to get just a burger and mcnugget meal.
When they did bring out my food the fries were thrown in a way to dump them out into the bag. There were none of the condinents I ordered within. And the lady tried to walk off without giving me any drink cups for the ordered meal.
I watched multiple customers walk in, not get helped at the counter, and walk out. Usually after a mistake one would be careful everythind is perfect to try and regain some reputation. But they did the opposite whether from incompetence or on purpose due to negligence.

Kiosk was broken so we waited over 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us at the counter. No one ever did but several employees looked at us before returning to their conversation with their coworkers. Bathrooms were gross as well. Finally left when they announced to the drive thru staff there would be no fries. Never did get acknowledged.

These glowing reviews are baffling, as this location desperately needs new management. The service is horrible, and the food quality is far below standard. Employees are disorganized, frequently messing up orders. From the moment I entered, it was clear that customers were frustrated, with some leaving as I entered. Immediate action is necessary—new management must be brought in now!!

I witnessed a family come in, you can tell that they have never been to McDonald’s. The dad asked questions, and the girl at the register looked down n annoyed at the family for not knowing what McDonald’s was. Further more, the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Pee on the floor, water everywhere on floor n counter n no paper towels.
I asked for 2 items from the value section, there had been one car in the drive thru when I pulled in, n maybe 2 customers inside.
I watched while the girls chatted away , while I waited, and waited, and waited.

Should not take 30 mins in the drive thru for 3 Mc chicken and 2 fries. And when you walk in their just standing there and said oh I will make that for you. Um hello!!! This is uncalled for. Fries were cold. Lettuce was brown. This McDonald’s needs to do better!!! Or get new employees

Rude workers, took 45+ minutes to get the food, gross bathrooms, and after all that my family didn’t get all the food. The only thing we were able to get after app the time was a kids meal and in it they forgot the toy. Never coming here again.
Edit:I forgot to add when we complained they just said “no one laughing” like it’s a joke. When another person complained their said “it’s not our problem, it’s yours.”

1st had to go inside because 20min went by with out them bringing out the food. 2nd they were still working on it so we had to wait almost 30min total. 3rd Food was cold and stale, 4th they shorted us a burger so I paid almost $6 for 1 single cheeseburger for my girlfriend which means she got 1 of my value doubles and I got 1 plus stale cold fries. And for some reason there was a smashed sweet&sour sauce all over the food and no chicken nuggets were ordered… or any chicken. If I was not 20min down the highway I would have gone back. Terrible experience here and would not got back. If I was McDonald’s corporate I would fire all management associated with this store and start a complete retrain on all employees with this branch followed by quality checks randomly. Probably the worst McDonald’s I have ever been too

Honestly pleasant surprised. We stopped for a quick breakfast on a road trip. The food was piping hot and fresh. But honestly the staff working both payments and delivery were some of the nicest that I’ve encountered in any restaurant. (9:45am on July 25th).
