Gotta love a drive thru that can serve up a hot cup of coffee with a very filling breakfast meal. The hash browns were very crispy and tasty & breakfast sandwiches had perfectly cooked scrambled eggs. The iced raisin biscuits were a nice surprise & unique to a standard biscuit.

Fries were hot and delicious. The bread crisper was not working but no explanation just “here eat it”. Disappointed I was offered anything in return. The burger and fries in a bag reeked of takeout but I ate in.

No Hardee’s where I live so, stopped in for early lunch. Hardee’s has always been a favorite and it’s every bit as good as I remember. Staff very friendly and courteous. Restaurant is clean. Highly recommend the Frisco burger with candied bacon and the mushroom swiss burger.

So Leann gets an A+, ordered an apple pie to go with my sandwich, she told there would a wait as they make the pies fresh, so I ordered fries instead. But I got an apple pie anyway, Leann didn’t realize there was one waiting, talk about service plays a bonus! This place is gleaming, pleasant and fast service!

Order five things was missing. Hash brown I didn’t pull over. I stay in the window and I told the lady she heard me saying hash browns missing. So what you told me back. Yeah you only missing hash browns even in the receipt said hash browns. Call her manager or whatever and give me this nasty attitude that I’m messing up her time to pull over or something. I don’t think that’s my fault. Is there for messing up I thought customer comes first. I guess not would not recommend this place, especially in that location

I love Hardee’s and since this is the only location by me, ive tried to gice them the benefit of the doubt but after multiple mess ups I can’t defend them. I always order my tender wraps with onions, if I get them through door dash they ALWAYS forget the onions. The last 2 times I ordered spicy tenders (not wraps) they gave me plain tenders and there is a price difference. This time they gave me my spicy tenders but gave me 3 instead of my 5 piece like I ordered which is almost a $5 price difference on DD. I understand being short staffed but that is NO excuse to get orders so wrong, multiple times. It’s unacceptable and lazy. Plus this location doesn’t even have an actual phone number to call and talk to a manager. Again, I love Hardee’s and understand places are short staffed but if you’re going to take longer with my order then I expect you get it right.

I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich and it was horrible. The top bun was burnt black on the grill. The bottom bun was not even grilled and soggy. The ham had a nice flavor and that’s the only good thing I would say about it. This is my second visit. The first visit I got the chicken tenders and they were not much better. The breading was soggy and greasy with very little flavor. I typically like fast food so its not like I was expecting sit down restaurant grade food but I truly found their food items terrible quality and no care put into the effort at all. I gave them a 2 star because the fries were fresh, hot and lightly crisp just how I like them. The service wasn’t great. We had to flag someone down and ask for our drink, a straw and napkins because they walked away at the drive through without finishing our order. I gave that a 2 star because at least they were there at the beginning of the transaction. Atmosphere, I can’t comment on because we used the drive through on both occasions.
