First time at this location as it was on my way home from work. I was treated by the most friendly workers who asked me genuine questions and made the end of a long work day much better. They made my order correct and it was delicious. I just want to give a big shout out to all the workers on the line tonight 11/12/25 as they are going above and beyond to make their customers feel special.

First time dining in here, went with my husband on a weekday for lunch. Walked in, no one was in line so we walked up to the counter. The workers did not greet us, they did not even look up from what they were doing. One was making what appeared to be a to go sandwich and one was cutting ham. Stood there for a few minutes til they finally asked us what we would like. Lady wrote it down, gave us a copy of what she wrote down (our order) and that was it. She didn’t tell us to pay or anything. We walked off with our ticket and my husband grabbed 2 cups and 2 chips. What doesn’t make sense is you don’t pay for your food after you order it. We waited for about 20 min and a guy brought us our 2 sandwiches. Food was great, not complaining about that. When we were done I walked up to the counter with my ticket, there are people who are already in the line getting their sandwiches made. They looked at me like I was crazy. So when we’re done eating we’re just supposed to cut the line and pay? Makes no sense, the workers did lady saw me standing there with my ticket ready to pay, ignored me and checked out to people first. I backed up and said guess they don’t want me to pay. A guy worker saw me and he told the lady worker to let us pay. These people have no personality. This place is not run well at all, guess that’s why people do online orders. Nope won’t be going back, service sucks.

Honestly, this is the best Jersey Mike’s location I’ve ever been to. The entire staff was so nice, friendly, and in great spirits. They went above and beyond to accommodate our request by using a different board and knife, even cleaning the entire cutting board for us. I truly appreciate great customer service whenever I see it, and this team definitely delivered. Please give them a raise or recognition because they were all amazing! Thank you

The whole team on Sunday night at 7:30pm needs to be retrained or have the manager terminated. Extremely poor service. Poured 1/4 of the bottle of oil on the sandwich and was told that’s a soggy sandwich you just made he laughed. We said that’s way too much. He said well it is what it is. The other sandwich was not cut. When I took it to show them they laughed said take that away. Once it’s over the counter we do not have anything to do with it. Do not go to this location until this act is cleaned up.

Ordered for a pickup and went to the store on time. The girl at the counter finished each order and called the names out. Out came mine, I could hear her say “I can’t even say this name”, tossed my order to a side and moved on to the next. Not an attempt to ask or even try. #Rude. Not going here anymore!

Now I’m not sure if this was the manager, but he was definitely one of the leads. The way he was talking with the crew before and during an incident in which a broken oil bottle was accidentally broken, is not the way to be manage a crew.
Very sarcastic and rude to the team, cursing out loud in the back out of frustration. Speaking under his breath about one of the employees while taking my order. You can tell he cares and takes pride in his job but to be a in a management position, it takes more than barking orders and being derogatory towards your group. Mostly everyone was trying and tried their best to provide good customer service. Place just needs to provide some kind of front line leader training and maybe some kind of team bonding event. You will not be able to run an efficient business without strong leadership and good morale.
