Was here 1/10/26. Amazing location. Me and my group went in and we got appetizers and all that stuff. I really enjoyed it.
I always order the fried mushrooms with a side of fries. (Fries with marinara.)
I absolutely enjoyed my time here! Our waiter was a hard worker! He was also very kind, courteous, respectful, and I said, a hard worker!

We just moved to Colorado Springs and we wanted a steak. This has to be the kindest Texas Roadhouse we have ever encountered. The server that took us to the table asked if we ever been there, we advised her we never been to this location but others. She let the Manager know and they brought out a sample platter with corn, chili and potato soup. The corn was amazing. The chili was delicious and the soup was good. The staff and manager were all very kind and helpful. We will be back someday to get another big steak.

There aren’t many food options in Monument, yet TRH continues to try and disappoint more and more each time we visit. Tonight the woman at the check in stand told us our table wouldn’t be ready for 15 minutes (we used website to get on list) and asked us to return to our cars to wait…seriously?! We ignored her and entered the restaurant to wait with plenty of room to sit. Other people had been told to stand in the crowded cold lobby as the front door was constantly opening for guests coming and going. The logic behind this policy has so many questions, just imagine if it was as cold as it should be at this time of year, asking elderly to trek back and forth, etc…You can do better management. PS- yet again a steak was cooked not even close to the requested temp and getting regular butter is quite a task to get from the staff.

We had such a great experience at Texas Roadhouse! From the moment we sat down, our server Haleigh absolutely crushed it. She was attentive without hovering, super considerate, and just genuinely kind. She was one of those servers who makes you feel taken care of instead of rushed. Drinks were always full, timing was perfect, and she never missed a beat.
On top of that, the manager was incredibly sweet and social. She was always checking in, chatting with us, and clearly setting a positive, welcoming tone for the whole place. You can tell when a team actually enjoys what they do, and it really shows here.
Great service, great energy, and the kind of experience that makes you want to come back (and already plan your next visit). Huge shout-out to Haleigh and the team for making our night so enjoyable!

I’ve been coming to this Texas Roadhouse with my family a handful of times over the past year, and it’s been consistently excellent. It’s busy just about every time we walk in, but the service is impressively quick and organized without ever making you feel like they’re trying to turn your table. You get taken care of, you get your food in a reasonable time, and you still feel welcome to sit and enjoy it.
What really stands out is the staff. Everyone we’ve interacted with has been upbeat, helpful, and genuinely friendly—like they actually enjoy being there. The atmosphere matches that energy too: clean, fun, and honestly very homey for a place that stays as packed as it does.
They do community-focused events very well. Their Christmas event stands out: Santa was walking around table to table, super jolly, quite a professional, and you could tell the kids (and adults) were having a blast. My kids certainly enjoyed it. And on Veterans Day, the way they handled the meal giveaway said a lot: leadership was involved, and it wasn’t just “business as usual.” Owners were out on the line handing out vouchers and personally thanking veterans and active-duty service members, and the meal voucher itself was generous.
As for the food, it’s always been delicious and it shows up hot and on time. Recently had a steak, asked for medium rare, and it was actually medium rare (the finer restaurants in town don’t always get that right!).

I am begging your steak cooks to learn timing for steak thickness. I’ve tried ordering everything from rare to medium and no matter how I order a steak it is either overly well done or raw. Tonight it was a 14oz ribeye totally ruined by being overdone.

Good food and cold beer. We like to go as a family Monday through Thursdays before 5 pm they have an early dinner special for 12.99 for a bunch of meals. They have the best dinner rolls that just keep coming. They have call ahead seating so it’s worth a phone call to get your name on the list to get seated faster. Evenings if ya don’t do that you’re gonna wait for awhile for a table cause so many people go there for dinner.

We had an amazing experience thanks to our waiter, John. He showed exceptional work ethic and customer service the entire time. He brought the kids extra water without us even asking, offered a bag for our to-go boxes, and was incredibly polite and attentive throughout our visit. Small things like that make a big difference. Texas Roadhouse is lucky to have him!

Another fantastic meal at Texas Roadhouse. We had friends/ family in town and what a perfect place to take them. Texas Road house is only about 20 minutes from our home.
We parked in handi-capped parking, but here was plenty of parking available. The host staff did an outstanding job of getting everyone seated with your wonderful fresh rolls.
We had MIX meals and drinks. My wife enjoyed a margarita.
We had steaks salmon and prime rib.
Everyone enjoyed their meals.
Haleigh our server did a fantastic job. She was friendly and helpful. Dishes were cleared and she even helped me with the checkout machine on the table.
This Texas Road House is quickly becoming one of our favorite places to eat out. Affordable and an Awesome place to eat
