Don’t bother spending your money at this store or his sister’s stores. Owner is rude and arrogant. Does not respect or appreciate his customers doesn’t treat his staff well. And the overall quality of his sandwiches is poor. Find another bagel store to spend your money at.

They are AWFUL in customer service ..STOP TAKING ORDERS through FOOD HUB ( YOU ARE A PART OF by the way) stop saying it’s grub hub if you have problems with it! You send your customers back and forth to the new location before confirming where the order came in! The try and RECHARGE for the same order without believing a customer! A REGULAR customer! Good food but way overpriced. Charged $13.99 for a bagel with cream cheese, lox and onion where that same exact order is around $8.99 at every other bagel shop I’ve been to on LI. It was good, just not worth the rip off.

Just left there. They gave us egg bagels we asked for egg everything. Hardly any cream cheese. Cost $4.25 each. Way over priced. Plus they taste old. total bill was $15. With coffee.Never going back sorry.

Over $9.00 for a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel is robbery. The paper wrapping was stuck on the bagel with the heavy amount of cheese they put on it. Not to mention I waited over 20 minutes for 1 sandwich while seeing multiple people come in after me, order, and get their order before me.

This could be one of the worst bagel/deli’s Ive ever been to. Should have just walked out when I asked the girl for red onions on my sandwich and she replied they only have purple….. She didn’t even wrap the sandwich, got “iced teas” that came from the mystery backroom. Please see photos for the “philly cheese” my husband threw out because he couldn’t eat it. Do yourself a favor and stay away. ps… the girls sweep dirt toward all the bagels while sweeping the floor. Thanks for wasting my time and $30

Happy they turned things around! Consistently pumping out orders fast and accurately in my recent visits over the last few months. quality 10/10. great place to grab a bagel or breakfast sandwich.

I have been going here for a few years because they have chocolate chip cream cheese. It has continually gone down in quality as the price keeps increasing. Last time, my order was wrong and today when I got home and started eating my bagel it tasted strange. There was mold. I will never be back.
