Food was out quick and was terrific (got the chicken nachos), and the cheese biscuits are phenomenal, better than red lobster rolls. The cashier was very sweet and her name was Phoenix and our server, Lauren, was so sweet and welcoming. The Atmosphere was lively, with good tunes and tvs. Overall, definitely recommend JNN and will be back tomorrow!

The server was the sweetest ever… I have the pulled chicken sandwich, and it was the best I’ve ever had. To top it off, the little biscuits they bring out are ADDICTIVE! Can’t just have one… also, the chicken falls off the bone with so much flavor!

We had the best experience today at Jim and Nick’s BBQ! The restaurant was well laid out and beautifully decorated with plenty of space for private conversations.The food was delicious and generously portioned. Service was fast and friendly. A special shout out to Heather who I had a very nice conversation with ! We will be back!

Service was absolutely amazing. It all started with a warm and greeting smile at the door. The workers were so kind and helped me figure out the menu. Once I sat down the three guest service professionals shown below really showed southern hospitality, accommodation to my needs, understood my needs, and created such an amazing experience. My first time trying jim and Nick’s I wanted something simple some macaroni and cheese and I and I am not sure what I got the noodles look way over cooked and totally too greasy and the cheese not nearly melted enough. I also got some deviled eggs on this one I will let them slide a bit. But they may want to change their price I paid 4.99 for 4 eggs. I know eggs are expensive so I give a pass. The only thing I got hats eatable is the cheese biscuits even tho I wish they would have put some butter in the bag. You couldn’t give special instructions on their website. On well ..I want be eating at the Charlotte location anymore .

After being told years ago about how amazing the cheddar biscuits are here, I finally made it! And wow it was true. I could eat so many of these and be so happy. In addition to the biscuits we also got the marbled brisket with French fries and baked beans and Carolina style pulled pork with Mac and cheese and collard greens. It was all so good! Service was also really nice and we had a great time! Lastly of course, parking is easy with a lot right out front. They also do catering with a whole catering menu to make things easier.
Addition: my boyfriend and I went back and while brisket tends to be a go to option for us, we’ve decided that their brisket isn’t our favorite. Today I got the spare ribs 1LB with fries and a house salad and it was SO GOOD. Definitely my new go to option!

I called in an order for a barbecue chicken sandwich, but when I checked my bag before leaving, I realized I was given barbecue pork instead, and there were still pickles on the sandwich as well. This was very concerning for me because I am allergic to pork, and eating it would have made me sick. I’m extremely glad I checked my food before leaving, because I clearly asked for chicken, not pork.
The staff at the to-go counter were very nice and polite, and I truly appreciate their kindness. However, the order itself was incorrect, and the food quality overall was not good and did not meet my expectations.
While the customer service was friendly, the attention to the order and food preparation needs improvement, especially when it comes to allergies and accuracy. We enjoyed our visit here. The service was good…maybe a little too fast….the lady who served us was very polite etc. but she was ready to take our plate while we were still eating and brought the bill before we were finished.
The BBQ meat was good. We preferred the lean brisket over the fatty, but that is a personal preference. Also, the fresh fruit side (an odd one I know, but it paired well with fatty meats)+ onion ring combo was . The baked beans however were slimy and not our thing. Side salad was good too.
