After a long morning, not only got my order wrong took a bite of my double quarter pounder and it fully raw inside. Went back inside, spoke to the manager. I asked for my money back, he said which one for you want- sandwich or money. I said sandwich. The manager didn’t even apologize. Then he said he did. Just horrible customer service. To have a raw burger can be so horrible and even cause death. Of all the reviews I have seen on here seems this has happened quite often.

So this is a Corporate Store! Come on, you can do better. Let’s start with name tags so those that don’t want to work can be sent home. Very egregious customer service experience.

Too bad as I just moved back in town and this place used to be a regular stop for me.

Always ask for your receipt here they will overcharge you. They quite literally have a sign that says add a hash brown for an extra dollar to your extra value meal. That is exactly what I did and yet they charged me three dollars for a hash brown when I confronted them, they said no that’s the deal. So I literally went around and took a picture of the sign for them but they’re gonna overcharge you so you better get that receipt for proof.

They are never ever working in the morning, when I come around at 2am I sit in the drive through for nearly 20 minutes and they never ever take my order. Sometimes there will be 3-5 cars waiting but nobody ever answers and they simply hang in the back!! One time I caught one of the employees on their phone “mopping” the floor instead of doing their job! This McDonald’s needs to be SHUTDOWN and completely rehired!!!

I dont understand how the quality of food can be this bad? How can this be acceptable? I asked for big mac sauce on my mcdoubles, and they didn’t even get any on the inside of the burger just on the outside. I had to pull into a parking spot and wait 10 minutes to receive my food. Worst part is they were not even busy.

I pulled into the drive-through this morning and noticed a giant sign on the side of the building that was advertising a five dollar breakfast meal deal. I approached the drive-through speaker. The person taking the order said that that it is no longer available and I said “well theres a giant sign on the side of your building”- then they were silent -what I would assume was a manager came outside to inspect the building looking for the sign that I was referring to. I probed and asked the person through the speaker if I can order that meal deal thats on the side of the building and they said “no” so I pulled through went around and saw the manager taking the giant sign down off of the building and he said “it expired yesterday”.
This has nothing to do with the money and everything you can do with the principal. There was no offer, no sorry, and no recommendation to make it right. It’s an honest mistake for the sign to still be up. This is feedback to elevate your staff and return to the founders values. Not sure if this is a franchise or a corporate store. It’s kind of sad, but I almost expect to have a negative interaction when I go to McDonalds. You guys are the antithesis of a Chick-fil-A. Do better.

It was a little busi at lunchtime but the service was good… I don’t like the indoor ordering process as I prefer people to people contact.. I couldn’t order iced tea half sweet and half unsweet at the kiosk.Your sweetsouthern tea was too sweet.

Never will I be going to this McDonald’s again. Went there for my lunch, ordered a double quarter pounder meal with a sweet tea. The drink was an unsweetened tea which I was willing to be fine with. The problem was that BOTH of the patties were extremely undercooked, raw even. Fries were mid at best.

I go to eat my food and something didn’t taste right. I look at my food for the burger to not be cooked all the way still cold as well with pink meat. What is wrong with yall knowing managers take a safe serve test and yall still cNt do your job correctly
