This place sucks! Rachel is a terrible manager and person! Doesn’t give any right proportions, scraped the bare end of the steak and tried to charge me double lol. Literally 5 pieces of steak. Then had the audacity to try and talk back to me when I told them it wasn’t double steak. Everytime I come in, it’s always the same lousy attitude from her. Doesn’t know how to manage her employees, or treat people with respect in general. Can’t wait to see her fired.

I ordered through Door Dash. I ordered the same bowl a week or so ago and it was great! That’s why I ordered it again. Today, I received a bowl of rice with a few beans and literally 6 tiny pieces of steak and half a rock hard avocado under a little guacamole on top to hide it. The first time I ordered this it was great and actually had a decent amount of steak and beans so I ordered it again. I won’t make that mistake again. $20 for a bowl of rice is not worth it. Also, the door dash driver literally drove her whole car onto my front lawn and the food was cold like it came out of a refrigerator. I don’t know if she got lost but it’s a 9 minute drive from there to my house and the delivery time kept increasing as I waited. The last time I ordered from this location, the food arrived hot. I’m guessing the server needs more training, but the Door Dash driver literally parked her whole car on my front lawn when there was space for her in the driveway. She needs to go back to driving school! This was not a good experience.

Our server was wonderful — he greeted us with a warm “good to see you back” and made sure we were happy with our bowl. had a little friendly small talk, and really made the experience feel welcoming. Great service! ( unlike a normal chipotle visit)

I regularly order Chipotle, and most of the time I get good bowls. BUT today and the past few weeks are the exception. Portions have been bad, I’ve barely got any food which is annoying especially since I get extra chicken. So I’m paying extra for a bowl not even half way filled. However, out of these past few bad orders TODAY WAS THE WORST!!!! I order two bowls, both pretty simple, but the workers messed them both up!!! My bowl included fajitas and beans, the fajitas are not my favorite and the beans tasted like SLOP. In the other bowl I ordered we got the wrong meat, missing fajitas, beans, guacamole, and cheese. Since this is someone’s job I expect they can execute making the correct bowl, but recently it is clear the workers are incompetent and someone needs to take action. (All orders were mobile, that shouldn’t be an issue though.)

After reviewing my most recent transactions I’ve detected that on the last three or four times they’ve upcharged me, for the same plate, same exact food serving. From $9.84- for up to $10.33. this is unacceptable Chipotle, I’m ready to contact Corporate to get an explanation of this inconsistency on the food prices. I am so icked out rn i bought a bowl at around 10 pm and first off the person who was taking orders made me wait for like 10 minutes which i dont really care about second their was literally no ice and the soda was hot like coffee hot and third when i went to eat my bowl there was SO MANY onions like huge pieces of onions and their was this random raw thing i literally have no idea what it is but you can smoosh it and its definitely not guac now my stomach hurts so bad to the point i feel like im going to throw up

Smallest burrito and bowls I have ever gotten from a Chipotle. My kids were shocked it was the first time they ate their entire bowl or burrito and had to make more food. This was an order from the App. You ripped me off today Chipotle.

The food is standard chipotle good. But it’s the service and the staff that makes this a poor place to go. The staff doesn’t give a shit about what you are saying. Even when there is no line they are just in a rush and don’t give a shit about customers. Additionally they had a non English speaker taking order at the start of the line, who didn’t understand anything I said. When tried giving feedback to the Manager, she simply walked away from me. Pathetic place. Highly recommend not to visit this place.
