You have to order a kiosk and the staff does not speak or interact with you at all. Some of the tables were dirty inside and it just seems like a cold place to be now no warm with anyone. It’s almost self service except for the cooks in the kitchen..

I havent seen a steak n shake in years, was happy to see they still exist but after stopping here have zero faith that it will continue to exist! You folks realize you have priced yourself completely out of your own demographic? No wonder the parking lot is empty at lunch time! No rush for you guys, its the same old food, with less service, no servers, and double the price. I hope you dont think you will survive ghese terrible choices, reality is at a premium these days. There is no way you guys stay in business, but the vacuum you create as you go out of business will be filled with relivent businesses…. thats how it always happens! When you read this you will realize your corp no longer does any relivent demographic research, they are the only entity on earth that doesnt seem to know their companies demographic. Itd be one thing if the quality went up, but thats just not the case! Its gone down over all, and I can just as easily go next door to long horn and save a dollar or two and eat a steak and bake potato for less than this 4th grade of food you shouldnt be allowd to serve to humans. Check their health rating. It’s conveniently placed far above anyone’s head that if you need glasses, you can’t read it without standing on your tippy toes. It’s bad maybe that’s why. I ordered a burger and fries. The fries were saturated in grease they took fries that had been sitting in the heat lamp and dipped them in the grease to reheat them and then serve them to me twice. The burger was slightly undercooked. The onions were not caramelized and the sandwich was not put together neatly. When I asked to get my fries cooked fresh all I got was lip service in Spanish. She also turned around and spoke in Spanish to the other employees that were standing there. If I pay good money to come to a place to eat I expect to be treated as a guest not an enemy. I won’t be back this place sucks. This is really a negative star review. The only thing decent was was how clean it was inside.

God awful service. Wasn’t at the drive thru menu for 2 seconds before we here “you know what you want?” Just rude and snappy. Then we of course needed a second to see what we were gonna get and not even 15 seconds later we get “are you ready yet??” (With a lot of attitude in her tone). And then when we said no got a sigh over the mic. Shakes were out fast and they’re always decent but there needs to be some retraining done. This was 1/13/2025 later night shift. It costs almost 2 million dollars to open one of these stores and you can’t even train customer service properly? Get it together. Also road needs to be repaved.

Who the heck have yall hired to work here? I go to the one in Buford often and they are absolutely delightful. Happy to take requests and always polite. This location has been terrible both times I’ve been. Very rude staff with awful attitudes and repeated
messed up orders. I could honestly get past the mistakes if the staff wasn’t so miserable but I see no reason to return when there’s a dozen better options right around the corner.

LOVE this location! Food is always good and service even better. We go on Sundays after church and the girl in the drive thru is so nice. Always has a smile on her face and happy to help us!

The burgers were raw and cold and the onion rings were cold also. We told the greeter our food was cold and she said sorry. 13.00 and your sorry. You should have gotten me another burger done and hot onion rings. Never coming back here again shitty service shitty Food.

The place has changed since the last time I was there (3 years ago). There is minimal interaction with staff. About the same amount you’d get going in to order at a McDonald’s. So the tip seemed completely redundant. But the food and shake were as good as they’ve ever been. I would eat here again.

I’m a delivery driver and this store has terrible customer service. I was waiting being ignored when the little girl finally came it took 10 minutes for the order. She noticed it was missing 3 brownies & said she would be right back. 10 more minutes passed she didn’t return so I asked a young man who was busy listening to his headphones he got the brownies threw them on the counter and walked off. Didn’t put them n a bag or anything just threw them on the counter as if I was a dog. I asked for the manager the little girl stood and smiled when she finally went to talk to the manager she came back and said the manager is busy I da no I’m a customer who needs to speak to the manager she went came back smiling and once again said he was busy. I asked for the manager’s name she smiled and walked away. I asked the other employees and they turned their backs on me all of them and refused to give the managers names. They were all Hispanic and I’m not anti this was blatant disrespect and felt racially motivated. I filled a complaint with the delivery service and asked them to never send me there again. I am also going to call corporate. This is totally unacceptable behavior no one should be treated how I was and then for her to smile the whole time as if this was some kind of a joke. I guess if you are a melanated person you are not welcome at this location.

After multiple attempts to try calling the store to let the manager know that my order was incorrect after getting home and it wasn’t the person who took the order. It was the line Cook who screwed it up. I suggest you go in or try to find another steak ‘n Shake. If you want your food correct this happens four out of five times that I visit this steak ‘n Shake.
