I had not been back to a Starbucks in years. Last one was in Linden Hills, Uptown Minneapolis Area. I dont know if it is there anymore. I have heavy responsibility at work and in my personal life. They have all made my week BETTER. There is SO much going on in the world we live in. Most people in this town are rich OR poor. Not much in between. The rich people dismiss anyone if they see that someone is not on the outside. The poor people dont trust so they mind they own business. This TEAM of people work together, and you can see AND hear they ENJOY their job. That makes a HUGE difference for me in my life today. The atmosphere is vibin, too! Awesomely well kept store. Visited starbucks yesterday for a hot decaf beverage on the way home. Mint Majesty tea yesterday was tainted with curdled milk and sour substance over the top. Ordered thru the drive thru. No problem until I took my first sip. I returned and made the staff fix the order. He knew exactly why I returned. That employee needs a new job or better training. Lack of good management at that store or just a high liability employee that needs a different job that enforces customer service and accountability. Oofda.

The employees here were so kind and hospitable to me and my group of traveling friends visiting the area. We were not expecting such kind and considerate service, and the brightness and respect they showed to us in our quick little stop.

I am not a person who goes around to leave reviews …. So when I tell you this Starbucks blows me out of the park every single time I go in is not an understatement. I drive through Brainered for work every so often and when I do , I swing through this Starbucks. When I do, my coffee is made literally perfect. I live closer to the Alex location, and have been to many others, and get the same things every time. Most of the times the other places mess it up. But the Brainered location never has. The atmosphere and customer service is spectacular. They take the time to say goodbye and have a good day to all the guests who sat inside. They always have a positive energy and are super friendly. Anyway…. Needless to say, this Starbucks is the best one I’ve ever been too… and after getting a terrible coffee from another location with poor service I felt my appreciation for this location shouldn’t go unnoticed.
