This isn’t focused on unique foods or beautiful plating. This is just…good…food! And it looks good, too. And very affordably priced. So …many…desserts to choose from , a Large serving size and so good. The dining area is large but well decorated to feel comfortable, and it’s clean. Our waitress was fantastic. Friendly, funny, fast and always kept our coffee hot. Good place to go. They do have alcoholic drinks as well.

Maxim’s is a dependable local spot with a huge menu and friendly, long-time staff. Breakfast is always good, and the chicken dumpling soup is a go-to. I usually rotate between the pork chops, liver and onions, gyro, and the open-face cranberry turkey sandwich — all solid. There’s always parking and usually an open seat, though it fills up fast with an older crowd.

Came for breakfast. Everything was amazing (had the avocado toast with arugula salad, and the breakfast tacos). Breakfast comes with complimentary/free coffee cake – which is amazing. Our server Jennifer was amazing. I have not one single solitary complaint.

I happened to stop in on their pasta special night, which was very good and reasonably priced.
Unfortunately for me I was traveling for work, so I won’t be able to make them my preferred restaurant because I would be stopping in every week for dinner!

Was here last year, back in town for Christmas a year later. Still great good! Service was excellent, and waitress, Jenny, was very good. Comfortable, clean place. A lot of locals filled the place, a great place for a meal, when in Milwaukee, area. Pancakes, omlettes, potatoes, French toast etc. All was good & plenty of food on each plate.

I called ahead to ask if they would take our LARGE group (20) after a funeral at 7 on a Friday night. They accepted and did a fantastic job. Kylee managed to get our split up orders exactly right with speed. She even remembered what everyone was drinking. The food was fantastic and very large portions. I can not thank this team enough for the great service, food and hospitality.
