I had a disappointing experience at Pipo Burger due to the terrible customer service from the cashier. She was incredibly rude, unhelpful, and displayed a negative attitude throughout my interaction. Despite the food being good, her behavior overshadowed the entire visit. I ordered 11 lunch specials, requesting just one with chicken and the rest with meat, which is an option available online. Instead of assisting with this simple change, she opted to refund one lunch special, refusing to accommodate my request. Even after I politely explained, she was dismissive and uncooperative. Her coworkers tried to guide her on how to help me, but she only relented after I threatened to cancel my entire order, at which point she called the manager to resolve it. GO HERE. JUST DO IT. I was not expecting what I found. I absolutely love burgers and stumbled in here at 2:50 AM, 10 minutes before they closed. They were happy to make me food and even recommended a special they had. The Pipo Burger is hands down the best burger ive had. Im here for a few weeks for work and will be making this a REGULAR spot. Phenomenal food and service. You will see my face and my money again.

Pipo Burgers blew me away! The place itself is so fun and creative inside — I love the way it’s decorated, it gives such a cool and welcoming vibe. I ordered the cheese fries with bacon, and they were perfect — crispy, super cheesy, and packed with flavor. I also got the Takis Smash Burger, and wow… it was incredible! The crunch, the spice, the juicy burger — everything came together perfectly. You can tell they put a lot of love into their food. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

I had a terrible experience with Pipo’s Restaurant. I ordered through Uber Eats because it clearly said there was a “Buy One Burger, Get One Free” offer. When I call the restaurant, they confirmed the promotion was in the Uber app system, but they only sent me one burger instead of two.
I called three times and spoke with a woman named Natalia each time. She asked for my phone number and said the manager would call me back — but no one ever did.
They still sent the delivery without correcting the mistake or letting me know. This was disrespectful and unprofessional. They basically took advantage of me as a customer. Very poor service — I will never order from them again.

It was super late after just flying into Miami, this restaurant was open until 2am which was perfect. It’s a few miles from the airport. It did start to get busy at such a late time.
