The new owner took our order and was extremely sweet and helpful. He recommended the fried fish platter so we decided to give it a shot. Everything about the platter was as delicious and filling as he had promised. I would 100% get this again.

Let’s start on the high note! The waitress was friendly and appreciated our patience.
Food: waffle tasted like it had set awhile was not hot.
Waited awhile to even be seated. Then waited the same amount of time to even have our drink order taken. We observed many unhappy, yet patient, customers.
They really need more staff. Our waitress did the best she could do and I appreciate that.

We left Ihop on Apalachee to come here. We were greeted, immediately sat and our server was on top of things the entire time. It was very spacious and clean.
The manager spoke and greeted us as well.
Our server was knowledgeable of the menu, with our questions and even the census of more popular foods and customer preferences.

If zero stars were an option, I would give it. Horrible manager and poorly trained staff.
We came in as a family and ordered the $9.99 meals. We were told multiple times by the server that everything we ordered was included in the $9.99 menu, and we even double-checked because we were excited about an affordable meal.
When our food arrived, it was wrong and had to be sent back. Even after it was fixed, the food still tasted awful. Then the bill came — $31 for two people — and we were charged $12.99 for a burger plus $1.29 for cheese that was supposed to already be included.
We questioned the waitress, and she confirmed it should have been $9.99 and said she would get the manager. The manager came over and refused to adjust the bill, claiming it was not the meal deal and blaming the waitress for being wrong. This is clearly a training issue and false advertising.
To make things worse, we were told we would receive a military discount for our service, then were told we couldn’t because it was a meal deal — even though the same manager had just said it wasn’t a meal deal. Completely dishonest and inconsistent.
If you’re looking for a dishonest manager, untrained staff, and food that’s barely fit to eat, this is the place. Otherwise, I’d stay far away. We will not be back.

Well, I have a story to tell. We stopped by Dennys on I10, exit 192. The FlyingJ and all. We were seated and waited for a bit. Now the embarrassing part is that our severely autistic grandson was loud and excited. So we waited, nothing happened. Then a manager, I believe, came to the table said they were completely out of food. We asked if they had any hamburger left. And she said no. Now, for a place that had no more food, we noticed them seating a lot more people. We are talking at least 6 tables and a to go order.
As we were leaving, noticed people were eating burgers and other main dishes. I mean she told us that they had no food.

I am genuinely a positive person, and I always take it as a personal challenge to turn around a negative waitress or cashier’s mood. But our server wouldnt be moved. She immediately had an attitude, rolling her eyes, every time I tried being nice and saying thank you, she would sneer and walk off. Took 15 minutes just to get drinks. The food was mediocre. There were no other customers and still the coffee and food came out cold. French toast tasted like soggy bread, that maybe they dunked in the egg, slapped on the heat for 2 seconds and slapped it on the plate. I ordered a side salad, and it didnt come out until all our other food did. And after sitting for 20 minutes waiting for a check, we almost voluntarily walked out without paying. It was ridiculous. I always always tip, nothing is a bigger turn off to me than friends or spouses who dont tip. However she didnt get nothing, and I didnt push for it either. This is our 2nd time stopping here in a few weeks, trucker life, the first time I loved the cashier even if the service was slow, but I just figured maybe they didnt have enough workers. Today they had 2 waitresses, 2 cooks, that I could see, and a manager looking dude walking around in the back. Please, please do better.

Staff completely unprofessional arguing with each other. Cook refused to cook had to wait 30+ minutes to order. I ordered bourbon skillet No peppers or onion and there was so much onion that it was almost inedible. Manager was just letting the wait staff and cooks argue in front of customers. Corporate needs to step in at this location
