Cashier could not understand me asking for crispy chicken instead of grilled on Parmesan chicken salad. When I asked for the chicken to be cut I was told they couldn’t cut it. More than half my salad I had to throw out because it was all the hard white chunks. Chicken patty had ABSOLUTELY no flavor whatsoever. Also got the cinnamon rolls pull apart and was so disappointed. It had no flavor as well and barley had any icing, ur was barely even warm (I ate inside of restaurant) and I’m honestly not sure as to why it wasn’t warm. Then the ENTIRE staff was doing nothing but gossiping the entire time I was in the dining room (about 30 min). I definitely WILL not be going back to this Wendy’s. Very disappointing

don’t go to this wendy’s unless you’ve got about an hour to spend. every time i come to this specific wendy’s, even with me ordering online, it takes at least 15-30 mins for my food to even be brought to my car! i asked for only ranch and got 1 of every single sauce they have BUT ranch… and when i went back inside to ask for them, 3 workers made eye contact with me as i was standing at the counter waiting for someone, but no one wanted to come help until i had to speak up to get their attention. definitely worth the drive to go to a different location in my opinion!

The employees here were very nice. Having come here from the Oregon coast where small town meets the ocean lol, it is different being somewhere no one is friendly. Here at Wendy’s though they are very friendly and help find cool items on the menu you haven’t tried! Very fun atmosphere. Food was, well, Wendy’s lol. The main items are great but the budget ones are pre-cooked so they are dry and kind of cold. However, if you stay to the main menu the food is great!

Paid for food online 45 minutes before scheduled closing time. Arrived 30 minutes before closing time. Was not greeted by speaker in drive thru, then when pulled to the window and got mouthed to “we closed, we closed” and got the cut throat sign. When I showed her I had already paid online and that it wasn’t 1am, she just mouth, “we don’t have any food,” and walked into the kitchen and hid.
