Normally this place is amazing. The young man that took my order on the phone was rather rude and lacked all customer service skills. The food was not hot. And the Mongolian beef had next to no beef it’s all onions and water chestnuts. The pineapple chicken fried rice had about five pieces of chicken. And the shrimp lo mein had about six pieces of the smallest shrimp possible. I’m very sad that I have to leave a one-star review. This used to be our favorite place to eat. I will never eat here again.

This isn’t our normal Asian go to takeout place but we wanted to try something different. We were pretty disappointed by the food. My go to order for takeout regardless of the place is typically general tso chicken. The chicken here was pretty cold when we got home (10 min drive). My wife’s meal had no real flavor and a ton of breading on the chicken. The brown rice just tasted like white rice with a bunch of soy sauce mixed in. We also ordered crab rangoons as an appetizer, there was barely any filling in them and they were dried out, tasted like they had been microwaved. We will probably just stick with our traditional spot (tastes much better). If you try here I hope you have a better experience.

$45 AND MY FOOD WAS WRONG! DONT COME HERE IF YOU WANT QUALITY! this place has really good food but they keep missing the mark. I ordered HOUSE egg foo young (pork shrimp and chicken) it has 1 shrimp and 1 piece of pork the rest is onion and egg (after I told them this same thing happened last time) I came here because they had great food but my last two experiences have been BAD. On top of that I ordered pork fried rice and chicken wings and got plain brown rice and drive alllllllll the way there for them to fix it and they only made me new rice as if the chicken wasn’t cold by the time I had to drive there after paying for delivery. I’m completely disparaged by this place

I really used to love this place. But the last two times I’ve walked out without food due to horrible service. The most recent time was with my husband. We arrived and there was a lady up front who saw us walk in. She didn’t greet us at all or acknowledge our presence, and as we stood there she turned and went in the back. We stood for a few more minutes as she spoke with another person just inside the door. I know exactly what it was and told my husband they didn’t need our money, so let’s go.

Rude as rude can be. They hang up on you and make you feel bad for ordering 30 minutes before close. The other one at least just closes early and says forget you, not interested in making money without verbally saying it. Would high recommend you avoid this nasty place.
