I’m glad that I decided to grab a pizza from Blaze Pizza inside the Cincinnati airport. I saw one of their employees working behind the counter and she was building the pizza with such passion that I knew the pizza would be good and it was delicious!

Alright so reading the reviews everything positive was about the pizza everything negative was about the service and y’all this is classic good blaze pizza. Brownie was dry I don’t recommend that.
The ladies working were TIRED, but good at their jobs pleasant and moving things forward, fresh cooked pizza takes a minute.
I hope blaze takes peoples feedback seriously though and staffs enough people and pays them good enough that they aren’t stressed.
Luckily, Im on an overnight layover so I had all the time in the world.

I usually like blaze, but this location is incredibly slow and inefficient, I had 3 people in front of me and I waited 30 minutes before I could order. My pizza came out burned and hard like a cracker. Counters are very messy and give a sense of not being very clean. Last time I was there, they ran out of pizza dough at noon. Not a good experience overall.

I fly alot and good affordable food is tough to get at an airport. Although, CVG airport I was able to get an amazing pizza at a great price point. Two topping pizza for 11.99. You can see in the pic that they put enough cheese and toppings on. Sprinkled some oregano on it and mmmmmmmm ! Staff was so nice I felt I was back in Texas. Five stars for sure.

After my plane landed I decided to stopped by and purchase a small pizza around 11:30ish and noticed a young man named Faln working solo for about half an hour. Even though he was handling everything on his own, he kept a smile on his face and provided amazing customer service to each person in line. I made sure to compliment him because he really stood out! And on top of that, the pizza was absolutely delicious. Awesome job, Faln

Arrived at 6:30, looking forward to grabbing pizza as I left the airport after a long day of travel. Skipped meals expecting it. Worker turned me away because they closed at 7 and she didn’t want to take as long cleaning.
