We came here to celebrate two birthdays in our family. There is nothing quite like this place in Michigan, where we are from. The price seemed reasonable for all-you-can-eat pizza, salad bar and other simple entrees. They even custom-made a pizza with ingredients that I prefer. After we ate, it was off to the game room where the younger kids had a blast. The food wasn’t top-of-the-line but we never expected it to be. We’ll come back.

Had the buffet. Food was good and freshly made. Establishment was mostly clean. Arcade was fun but a lot of games were out of service. My children and I still enjoyed ourselves though and it was decently priced. Overall could have been better but still a fun and affordable lunch outing.

Drove 30 mins to get there, and there’s a sign on the door that says they are closing early at 730. Ok cool, its 615 right now. The man up front mentioned that they closed early about 6 times before I even went to pay, so I just left. Didn’t feel like they wanted us there. FYI if you’re closing early that’s fine, but change your hours on Google, its not that hard

I’m a pretty healthy eater but there really wasn’t a great selection of options on the salad bar which is fine that’s the usual with places like these. The issue was that the game room lacked games and what games were available were either broken card readers or empty prize machines, management was very helpful and refunded no name tag so I couldn’t tell you his exact name.

I found the pizza hot and fresh and the workers are willing to make whatever pizza you wish. The workers are really friendly and if you run into the store manager is one of the friendliest people I’ve met. It’s always super clean in there too.

Overall I think the food is always pretty good at Gattis. Service could use a bit of work though.
It may have been a very busy day, but the table areas had not been bussed and had folks standing around waiting to receive a table. Also Pizzas not being out on the buffet line was causing a bit of back up it seemed like with people also standing around waiting for pizza.
