I tried It for the first time, ordered the brisket sandwich plate, It was the toughest brisket I’ve ever had from a BBQ joint. I probably won’t be going back. The service was great, wish I could say the same about the food, I should of went to back yard BBQ in magnolia like I started to.

Came in on a Friday night , not busy. Approximately 5-6 tables of customers. It took 20 minutes to place my order due to the person at the counter having random conversations with both people in front of me. Placed my order and waited for an hr to get our food. Majority of our food was cold when it finally arrived and the rest was burnt to a crisp from sitting under heat lamps while the children that were in the back played and goofed off. Highly disappointed and will not be back.

We happened along this place on our way home. My friend ordered the bologna sandwich and I had the fried green tomatoes. My friend said the bologna had a great flavor, but was not cooked enough for her. I ordered the 6$ fried green tomatoes and was not pleased between them being half dollar sized and the amount that was there for the 6$. (I had eaten 1.5 before taking the attached picture)

We went through the drive-through and ordered two barbecue sandwiches which took 20 minutes to prepare. We had been here one other time and knew food was good. Other than the time, I rated them a 3 because I only had one spot of bbq sauce on my sandwich and they didn’t give us napkins. Should always give napkins in the drive thru. The bbq and coleslaw was very good. It’s the service that was lacking. They made us pull back around so they could wait on another customer instead of getting ours to us in a timely manner. Visited Jun 20 12:30pm.

Food was hot and came out quick. Did not have a lot of smoke flavors though. Macaroni and cheese with homemade but not as flavorful as hoping. Pulled pork was moist and their mayonnaise coleslaw was excellent!
