Earlier this evening, I was on my way to pick up my phone from being repaired, which meant I had no map and no way to call my husband for directions on my own. I ended up ridiculously—almost hopelessly—lost, driving through the dark streets of an unfamiliar neighborhood. I stopped at this Chick-fil-A since their employees have a great reputation for their helpfulness.
I was crying and hyperventilating, on the verge of a full on breakdown bc I was so frustrated. I asked the young lady who was at the register, Sailor, if I could use the store phone to call my husband to let him know I was safe. She let me use her personal phone which was so kind to do for a total stranger :’)
In addition to getting in contact with my husband- I was able to use her map app to get directions. While I was writing it down on the sticky note that another associate, Logan, gave to me- Sailor and Logan offered me a free meal since I was having such a rough night. They were so kind and helpful- they completely turned my night around and put a smile on my face.
I am so thankful and appreciative of how they went above and beyond to help me even tho I wasn’t a customer. They’re both amazing employees and it makes me so happy to know that there are good people out there that don’t hesitate to help a stranger in need.
I hope they get the recognition they deserve. Thank y’all so much for your kindness, it truly means so so much to me.

Avoid this Chick-fil-A location. I was served a cold Spicy Deluxe and barely warm waffle fries. The staff is not helpful and doesn’t care if your experience is positive or not. We were there during the lunch service time and the store was not very busy. There are better Chick-fil-A locations nearby. Avoid this one.

I have been coming to this location multiple times a week for about six months now. Everyone there is very sweet and does their job well, especially with how high volume of a store this one is. I always mobile order and come inside to pick it up and the staff is very attentive with getting me my food very quickly (and not forgetting anything either!)

Our organization recently ordered catering from this Chick-fil-A location, and they went above and beyond! The food was fresh and delicious, the customer service was kind and attentive, and no detail was overlooked… Jacob is fantastic- professional, helpful, and truly dedicated to making the experience smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great lunch or dinner, as well as businesses or organizations in need of reliable, high-quality catering.

I don’t usually rate and review fast food. Really, fast food is just fast food. This isn’t a rate and review of the food here at this Chick-Fil-A I only want to mention the exterior remodel. You might see my name pop up on Google Maps, it is unlikely but if you do give me a shout that you saw this.
This mention is about the drive through. I’m bringing notice of this because I haven’t seen this at any other Chick-Fil-A. The interceptors were at their post as usual, eagerly taking orders A wild guess for how short-staffed they were on the inside would be fully staffed. The interceptors have been very well thought of and cared for. The advance area now has like a carport complete with heaters and fans to keep a large percentage of the hungry quick fix seekers dry and warmer than if the patio cover were not there. With a short break of cover there is also an overhang at the pick up window. The facade of the stand-alone has a nice modern look with clean lines geometrically positioned with dark hues gives this store an as if brand new look. The interior is a welcome change. Simple with a touch of atypical furniture to give the place a bit of a homey look. A chandelier hanging over a counter hight table for eight looks so much like Coca-cola green bottles that have been repurposed for their new job gives me hope that the food chain might be starting to slowly crawl into the light of awareness about global warming. If only they would replace the foam cups with compostable cups their environmental consideration score would go up considerably in my book.

After forgetting our sandwich in the drive thru, I went inside to an empty line and it still took over *10* minutes for me to be helped and have a new sandwich made. I felt ignored by all but a single employee, the kind employee who took my payment outside. I just expected the forgotten sandwich to be sitting on the counter or something but it took a LONG time (so long that the original food was cold) to get a single new sandwich made. Our original order was dated 9:15am and we drove away with our complete order at 9:30am. I’ve never had such an unpleasant Chick-fil-A experience, truly. Standing at the counter while 4 or 5 employees walked by was disheartening but thank you to the gentleman that eventually helped me. I will frequent a different location in the future.

Ace with the purple eyeshadow was genuinely so nice and amazing at the drive-through at Chick-fil-A. She made me feel very heard and was so sweet when I asked her for a menu because I forgot the whole thing. Shout out to Ace for making my Chick-fil-A experience the best.

Staff are super lovely, chicken nuggets are good, fries are always lacking at this location. Drive-through is always fast, even when it looks busy, which it usually is.
