We ordered 2 large 14″ pizzas but received 12″ instead. We also added extra mushrooms but it doesn’t look like it. The mushrooms are just plopped in the middle and not spread out. The edges are burnt as well. They made our order wrong. Instead of their spicy buffalo on the mac and cheese, it was marinara sauce. Will not recommend.

Bread Twist Cinnamon:
Pizza was ok, no bacon on the pizza chicken was tender, and there were way too many tomato chunks, and they weren’t even evenly distributed.
Cinnamon twists were flat, like the dough didn’t rise… overall, I am very disappointed in the food… I have never had such bad quality of food from this location…

EDIT 10/11/24: FYI, I followed the instructions offered by the owner and took the time to email them with my order information. They never answered, so now I’ve wasted my time in addition to my money.

Really disappointed with our order today. Typically we have a great experience here. However I just got back with our two pizzas, and one of them was very clearly not made to Domino’s standards.
The pizza pictured was ordered as extra cheese and light sauce (medium pan.) Clearly most of the pizza is missing any cheese at all, let alone extra. Also there is a ton of sauce, to the point I’m wondering if the ticket was misread during prep. The other pizza we ordered was great, so this was disappointing for the half of my family looking forwards to their meal.

Food was okay. I’ve had better dominos in the past. The bread bites were a little undercooked and the cinnamon twists were dry.. pizza was decent. Got a hell of a deal though through the app and choosing carry out. I don’t know if I would recommend but I definitely would be open to giving them another shot.

I found 2 inch pieces of silicone in my pizza. I only realized it after chewing As it looks very much like thick pieces of bacon and it camouflaged in the pizza. I did let the manager know on seven December in the morning, but he did not seem to really think it is serious

I ordered an online pizza for our class, I noticed as soon as I pushed the button that the delivery was at the wrong time so I immediately called. Somehow or other they said they already had the pizzas in the oven, which would be ridiculously fast timing. I told him that the class won’t even be in session for a few hours so don’t deliver it. He said they will still send the car out even though I asked him not to deliver there as there won’t be anybody there to deliver it to. So they’ve got themselves a couple pizzas and pops and a tip for absolutely nothing. Not only was the guy unwilling to help me out, but he hung up on me. I will make sure to mention this to my classes and 1000 kids I teach a year. This was ridiculous. The included pictures show that the order was at 11:23 and the phone call was at 11:24 and again at 11:31 hoping to speak to someone else but that didn’t go anywhere.
Update! Even though the app said to hand it directly to me it was left on the front porch and now is freezing cold. It also said if they couldn’t find me, they would call my phone, which they did not. Again, Service sucks!

They sure have come a long way from the Noid masscot. I was surprised how good their food is and how easy to navigate using their mobile app. Super easy! The fact you can pay online or in store is so great. They really have stepped up their pizza fantastic game!

This is literally the worst pizza delivery location I have ever had to deal with. Orders constantly being very late. Food being cold. Delivery drivers being rude. Constantly getting the order wrong even though the order sits on “quality check” for half an hour. The only reason I’ve ever gone back to this location is because it’s literally the only delivery option in my area. I pray someone franchises a different pizza place so I can never order from here again.

The inconsistencies in quality of this location are beyond frustrating. Our most recent order was so terrible we had two slices because we needed to eat and didn’t bother to save the rest. We ordered extra cheese and it had hardly any cheese in some spots and barely normal cheese in others. We ordered light pepperoni on half and there was so much we could hardly see anything else, in fact there was areas where multiple pepperoni were stacked on top of each other. It was so soggy it felt like it had been sitting for a long time even though it hadn’t been. It was awful. The price also doubled from the coupon we used and we cannot figure out why. I think we will start going out of our way for a different pizza place due to the inconsistencies in the quality we get from here, it’s always a guessing game of it it will be good and/or correct. Incredibly disappointed and a waste of money for this order.
