Summer Storm
This place is very dirty and staff didn’t care when we said something. I asked for one table to be cleaned and they took like 15 minutes to even get someone out after telling me they would only be a minute then made excuses. And when she did come out she had our food and when I again asked for her to clean a table she agrees then put our food on a dirty table then got a broom. And started sweeping at the other side of the room. So I said very loudly that I’d clean the table with the baby wipes I’d had in my bag. She told me I didn’t have to but then still didn’t clean the table. I finally did clean the table. She only swept like 3 tables Then left. Food was even in the bottom level of the play area so I eventually asked for a broom after waiting for awhile for them to come back and finish cleaning, AND they gave it to me! I only used it in the bottom level of the play area so I wouldn’t have to be as concerned as to my 1y eating nasty floor food before I Could stop her. Honestly if it want the best play area that McDonald’s had I wouldn’t go back. The only positive thing I can say was I was given what I ordered. But unfortunately the food wasn’t even fresh. And old food is gross food. And the worst part was they where slow and most of them had been on their phones. If they had been busy I could understand but nope. Just didn’t want to do the job they are being paid for. I took pictures of the floor and the nasty rag she pretended to wipe tables with eventually. I would have taken pictures of the tables but my camera isn’t the best to focus on all the crumbs.

When we arrived a little before noon, the entire dining room where the family area is located was disgustingly. Food on the floors, every table was gross. I asked a lady to clean a table off for our family of 8 and after she worked the front counter while others were standing around, then she came and wiped it down and when she came to wipe it down, after my husband did it. When I thanked her, she grumbled at me. Wonder how many families would come here more often if it was clean at lunch time. Not from here but definitely not impressed. Btw: order was missing drink cups and all the French fries that were ordered, even in the Happy Meal box!

On 09/15/25. I picked up an online order from MCdonald’s around 10:05 pm. Order states light ice on Sweet tea but I received sweet tea with a lot of ice. I nicely told the server that order Sweet tea should only have light ice. Server asked for the sweet tea back. After giving it to her, she made me a new sweet tea and mixed it along with old sweet tea.
When I talked to her about it, she was rude and said that was how they did things around there and she was the manager. When she discovered I was video recording the conversation, she threatened to call the cops on me.

Nature Hills
Seldomly eat at the lower end fast food restaurants. Only dropped in to use WiFi and discovered they removed all the plugs so you can’t plug in your devices anymore. I stay while I had a charge then departed. I was told most Chains are going this route. So if you need to do some work you might want to call and check first.

I’m not a fan of McD’s food, but the service and play area at this location are awesome!! Its nice that the play place is noise controlled (as much as it can bewhen there are 30 kids in there, that is). I really like bringing the kids here.

Going thru drive-thru with Noo one behind me. I dont care if your trying to get your drive thru times down. But pulling every single car to a spot and making them wait 10min plus for a worker to walk out your food is bullshit. McDonald’s in Springfield missouri on west chestnut expressway and west bypass. Do better with your service

Great customer service. Have New and used electronics. Purchased an i-pilot link remote that was new, but did not charge. They replaced it with the only other one they had in stock. Somewhat cluttered, but very professional atmosphere.
