I ordered a Mediterranean plate which had “Pita Chips, Hummus, Roasted Peppers, Stuffed Grape Leaves and Olive Tapenade”. The following is what I paid $19 for. Just a pile of pita with a tiny thing of hummus, feta, and red pepper. No sign of the grape leaves or olive Tapenade. When I asked, the man asked the kitchen who seemed confused and said they had grapes but no grape leaves. I asked for a refund and was told they didn’t give refunds. When I explained that was suppose to be my lunch, and asked to speak to a manager, I was told there wasn’t a manager and offered $5 because there weren’t grape leaves. I actually had to laugh. Airport food can leave a lot to be desired but this just literally wasn’t even close to what is listed on the menu.

Jedediah’s Catering delivered an absolutely extraordinary experience at our recent fundraising gala. From our first planning meeting to the final part of the evening, their team demonstrated a level of professionalism, creativity, and genuine care that far exceeded our expectations.

The menu was exceptional, thoughtfully curated, beautifully presented, and truly delicious. The attention to detail in both taste and aesthetics brought a sense of elegance and celebration that perfectly matched the spirit of our event.

Service was equally impressive. They anticipated needs before they arose, handled every request with grace, and ensured the evening flowed effortlessly.

What meant the most to us was their genuine investment in the success of our fundraiser. Jedediah’s Catering understood the importance of the night and went above and beyond to help us create an atmosphere that inspired generosity and joy. Thanks in no small part to their incredible work, our gala was a resounding success.

We are deeply grateful and cannot recommend Jedediah’s Catering highly enough. They didn’t just cater an event—they elevated it.

We stopped in hoping to find the amazing experience we knew for years when Jedidiah’s was in town. Note to self: never again. We literally thought they put the breakfast sandwich on a regular hamburger bun. We called into the kitchen because we were outside TSA and the guy who picked up said they were sourdough biscuits because he made them every morning. My only advise is get another job buddy. I wish I had read the reviews on trip advisor first so I wouldn’t have wasted my time. See photo: that is a generic cheap hamburger bun folks.

I’ve eaten in dozens of airport restaurants and this was the best. Had the breakfast burrito and it was cooked fresh. My wife loved the avocado toast. Can’t beat the view.

I expect airport restaurants to just do the bare minimum. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the biscuits and gravy were. It looked like they cut the biscuit in half and toasted it on a griddle before covering it in gravy. Country potatoes were a great side. Thanks for a great breakfast before my flight.

Ordered the Mediterranean platter and it consisted of a pita, triangle of Brie (why?), a cup of roasted red peppers, and a cup of olive tapenade. $20. Order something else.

Disappointed! I ordered from the walk up counter. Very overpriced. $5 yogurt, $6 Fuji water, $8 small latte. Then I had to wait 10-15 minutes for them to make the latte. They started the latte machine and then proceeded to ring up a whole string of customers, then 10 mins later finally remembered the latte. Get your breakfast and latte before heading to the Jackson Hole airport.

We ordered coffee, and the cashier responded very rudely, saying, “Didn’t you read we’re out of coffee?” However, there were no signs indicating that. We were walking out and noticed a coffee dispenser that was actually full. We ended up serving ourselves and using the self-checkout. The experience was disappointing due to the unnecessary attitude and misinformation. And the coffee was watered down, almost flavorless.

Rhea and her team from Jedediah’s Catering are the absolute best!! From start to finish they were laid back, kind, and so easy to work with, yet still paid attention to every single detail. They made sure everything was absolutely perfect, right down to the custom cocktails we asked for. Not many people even realize they do catering, but they do, and they are without question the best in Jackson. The prime rib literally melted in your mouth, the cocktails were crafted to perfection, and every dish they served was beyond delicious. Our guests could not stop raving about the food and said it was hands down the best they had the entire time in Jackson, and we ate at some of the most popular spots in town. Rhea and her team made the whole experience effortless for us while still delivering five-star quality across the board. If you are lucky enough to have them cater your event, you will be blown away. 20 out of 10 recommend!

Wanted drip coffee, they can’t make any. Paid in cash. Got 8 dimes. No quarters in the register.
