The younger girl working at 10 am on 8/11/25 put more effort into making my sandwich than I have ever put into any of my jobs. From spreading the tuna evenly over the entire half of bread, to the condiment distribution, I was truly watching a master of the craft. This review expresses extreme disappointment with the service received at Subway on 8/10/25, precisely 35 minutes before the advertised closing time of 8:00pm. Despite arriving with ample time to make a purchase or order a meal, we were refused service and effectively turned away.

Refusing service to customers within posted business hours is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment’s commitment to customer service. We were left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. It was clear that the priority was on leaving early rather than fulfilling the stated business hours. This incident demonstrates a lack of consideration for customers and highlights a significant flaw in operational practices. A business that chooses to operate with published hours has a responsibility to honor those hours or clearly communicate any limitations to potential customers.

Subway should re-evaluate its policies regarding closing procedures and staff conduct. This experience has left a sour taste and future visits to the establishment are now in question, as this experience will be shared with others.

In summary, this visit was a complete disappointment, and management should address this issue to prevent similar situations from occurring again. Mediocrity should not be tolerated, especially when it hinders the overall progress and success of the organization. It’s time to acknowledge the severity of this issue and take decisive steps to demonstrate a commitment to growth and accountability.

This performance is truly unacceptable and deeply concerning. The consistent lack of effort and initiative displayed is not only detrimental to individual progress but also poisons the collaborative environment of the team. The resistance to seeking solutions, taking ownership, or engaging in new challenges speaks volumes.

This is the second time we were denied service by the same employee, specifically an older blonde woman who’s clear priority was to leave early rather then to fulfill the stated business hours. Appropriate disciplinary actions must be conducted to ensure that this establishment is run by competent employees.

WORST PLACE EVER!!!! I was on video chat with my sister in law when she went in with my children and mother in law; and they stood there for more then 5 minutes and rang the bell several times. More people were coming in and all the employees were outside…. EVERY SINGLE ONE CAME BACK INSIDE HIGH AS HELL!!!! THE GUY WANTED TO MAKE AN INAPPROPRIATE JOKE INFRONT OF MY TODDLER ALL OVER A SANDWICH! IF COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARTS SOO WOULD HAVE!! THEY ALL NEED TO BE DELAT WITH ABOUT GETTING HIGH ON THE JOB AND MAKING DIRTYJOKES INFRONT OF KIDS!!!

Arrived at 7:15 pm. Both workers (teen gals) were not happy to see me and had most options put up already including the bacon and cookies. Toasted sandwich was barely warm at all. Very disappointing!

I used to work at subway so I feel a little over critical about it. The store looked clean and the food was made well. But I felt the service was a little slow. There was only one person running the store while I was there and he couldn’t keep up with the line. His shirt seemed a little dirty but i know that can happen easily when doing prep. And I also saw he didn’t wash his hands before putting on new gloves. Once a few people got there food after us Some one else came in to help with the mini rush and things smoothed out after that. I couldn’t help but notice a few too many flies around the food. They both were very nice but i was a little concerned about the hygiene.
