I try not to share bad reviews, but this place must be really having some issues. I’m just visiting Cleveland and thought I’d stop by the subway. The bread was really dry and I had the BMT and they were very sparing on meat and cheese Just two slices of each meat on a 6 inch. I asked for extra pickles, but I was told that they couldn’t do that. They don’t give anything extra for the veggies. When she opened the lettuce container it just looked bad so I didn’t have any of it. I did tell the manager about the bread and she said that was the first she heard of it. The bread just tasted really funny so I did not eat it. I just ate the meat out of the sandwich with my four pickles. Hopefully there’s a better subway in town.

Went and ordered a footlong steak and cheese, they didn’t have most of the breads ready only white and wheat and I can understand that part but the overall quality was absolutely terrible. There is more lettuce on my sub that meat. Completely unacceptable service.

As we walk up to this subway they lock.the doors and turn the lights off ,store hours are clearly on the window .it says they close at 10 pm. Its 7:48 pm what a great place

unfortunately i ordered here and the order was all kinds of messed up and we paid extra for things and never received them. i have been calling this location for weeks and i never even get to hear the phone ring like the phones are constantly off. i’ve filed complaints online and haven’t heard back. just wanted a refund or replacement order i’m just really disappointed . the employee working was also rude.

The worst Subway I’ve ever been to the lettuce was Brown and wilted the tomatoes look old it was just terrible I asked for toasted bread and it was hard and burnt.

I placed the order as me and my son were talking the greenway at 4, the app said my order would be ready at 4:25. I didn’t get my order until 4:40, there was only 1 order ahead of mine and they waited 20 minutes to get their order. when I received my order my flat bread was hard and my sandwich was literally thrown together, a sloppy mess. I never try to leave bad reviews but this was literally ridiculous.

Made an online order for two subs, a personal pizza, and a salad. An hour later we finally get the order and it is completely wrong. Subs not toasted, wrong bread, hardly any veggies or meat, they couldnt cook the pizza so we didn’t get that at all, and the salad was completely frozen. I tried calling multiple times to no avail. Just a pre recorded message saying they were helping other customers and couldn’t answer the phone. Tried to get a refund for the pizza and all they could tell me was to contact Peggy Murphy for the refund, whoever that is. Subway has definitely gone down hill bad.
