Ordered a pizza and the app said pizza out for delivery. ( I’m 7mins away from store) 20 minutes in i check the app and it shows the driver out the other direction and about 40 mins later he shows up saying he’s the only driver
So they carried Ordered for over 40 minutes while he made another delivery.. and when I get my pizza I get this thin stuff. This has happened twice already so I think I’m done with dominoes by my house

Just terrible!
I tried Domino’s the other day and it is the first time in the history of people ordering and eating pizza that I threw away the pizza, and could not even finish one slice. That in itself is an indictment of this chain, and particularly this bad store. Generally, it should be a crime to throw away pizza, hamburger, or hot dog.

Like before, lack of staffing, not understanding the order, not getting the amount of ingredients right, and just bad tasting pizza at this location.

This chain now makes terrible pizza, and I can see why they are getting out of the pizza business by trying other non-pizza menu.

In QSR or restaurant business in general, you should not to try to expand your menu, if your main menu Item (pizza) is awful.

In my opinion, it is a matter of time before this store, in particular, and the chain goes out of business or change its model.

However, it is also financially very challenging for the store owner, when the corporate promotion requires them to sell a large pizza with unlimited toppings for $10.99. No business owner can afford to hire more staff at $20 per hour if they are forced to lose money for every pizza by the misguided corporate promotions. The true price for a large pizza with unlimited toppings should be $25 to $30 if adjusted for inflation, cost of goods, and overhead.

Domino’s! Try this marketing. Make delicious pizza and improve your service, but charge market price.

My pizza says it came out of the oven over an hour and a half ago on the tracker, but still not been delivered. Can’t get through to customer service, who keep hanging up before I can even tell them what I’m calling about for some reason.
And the people at the store just immediately pass you off to customer service.
Actually pizza just arrived – after 2&1/2 hours looking cold and sad…see photo.

I’m done with Dominoes. Closing my account, and Deleting the app.

I come here all the time, this place is literally across the street from my apartments tonight I ordered delivery because I recently had a c section and have a newborn to take care of so I figured to place for delivery, worst decision I’ve made… put in my order at 11:40pm the delivery driver left the store at 12:00AM took him about 20 mins to get to my apartments… I DIDN’T PAY WITH MY DEBIT CARD I was gonna pay in cash… The delivery driver Ignacio NEVER SHOWED UP my husband went outside to check and he had seen him running back to the parking lot w any empty pizza bag…. He had to walk across the st to see what the problem was had to re order our food…. we still don’t know what happened w the first order … SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL.

I ordered two pizzas with extra cheese. Neither one had it. No biggie so the following week I ordered another pizza and I explained i never got extra cheese.

The lady taking the order was very unhelpful and would not correct. Find a different location if you want what you paid for.

Order was placed at 6:30 was told it would be ready at 6:48 . Got there was told it would be 15 minutes more . Waited 7:00 pm came around and pizzas were still not ready even tho the app and in the store it said my pizzas were ready . Was told it would be 5 more minutes . Long story short 7:30 no pizza and had to get a refund . Why mark the pizzas as ready if they are not and make customers wait . Also people placed orders in the store and got their pizzas before me and online orders also were placed after mine were ready and picked

Horrible experience! I ordred onliune and it said 37-47 minutes. The tracker kept starting over again. It would say it was in the oven, then go back to prepping. It even said delivered at one point then went back to the oven. After 1 1/2 hours of this I called the store, where I talked to a rude and not helpful employee. They couldn’t find my order (after giving them the information multiple times). Finally someone in the background yelled that it was on the way. He said it was on the way and hung up. After 2 hours, I finally got my pizza. Worst customer service ever! I will never order from them again.

Ordered through the app. Took forever. Tracker went from “quality assurance” to “delivered” (never “out for delivery” or “on the way”) after about 45 minutes. When I checked the front door, there was no delivery. It took me 15 minutes in the useless app to even find out which store made the order and didn’t deliver it. So I finally called the store for a refund. The first lady I spoke with was so slow a challenged that she could not even retain two letters or numbers in a row to look up my order by name, number or address. It was like talking to a brick wall. I asked to speak with somebody who could understand me. The next person was no better and just responded “ung” to everything I said. I asked to be connected with someone else and finally a lady came on who was competent and refunded my order. This took 30 minutes end to end. Order from another store directly and save yourself the frustration with the app which is designed to make it hard for you to contact the store that made your online order.
