Came to this location in the late evening and opted to order inside as the drive-thru line was pretty long. There was a bit of wait inside. I ordered a family meal deal and the chicken/sides were fresh and piping hot! No bugs, no hair—no issues! The dining area was clean and tidy. The gentleman working the front counter was very courteous—overwhelmed with the amount of customers but remained polite. The kitchen staff were moving as fast as they could, trying to get orders accurate and out as quickly as possible. Overall, pleasant experience and will venture to this location again.
It’s new and it’s the only location in the Forney/Terrell/Heartland/Crandall area. The employees are trying to get their bearings with the heavy consumer traffic. Let’s extend kindness and grant these folks some grace should you decide to dine here.

This Forney location needs way more improvement than I’m willing to list. Top 3 problems: 1. No one at the Order Location when I walked in; 2. No one that appeared in the Order Location asked me what service I needed; 3. There were 12+ people inside the store, all in my same situation and all vocal about the service.

Waited MORE THAN AN HOUR for some freaking chicken and still never got it because we ended up canceling our order because it took so long. Along with other people in the lobby and drive thru. Freaking ridiculous. Who runs this store?! It makes sense you have less than 3 stars already…try another trade buddy. Maybe you can make goat milk soap or something.

This location advertised that they would be open until 7PM. I came at 5:15 and they said they closed at 5 PM. I was giving them another chance from last weekend when the got my order incorrect 2 times and when I got the food, it did not taste the quality that I am used to from Popeyes. I believe this location will have to undergo new management to improve its quality of product and service to the community.

Amazing gentleman helped me at the counter, got my order to me and only waited like 20 min. Super yummy after a very long day at work! Only downside is there was a lack of sauce in the bags which is my favorite part but honestly tastes delicious every without it!

I am fan of Popeyes chicken but, this location needs to improve most of all on its service. The wait is always long and after my last two visit. I don’t know if I want to return. My red beans and rice have been mostly undercooked rice and bean juice, not to mention it has only been half of the portion. My chicken was overcooked. Dry, crunchy, and with a bad after taste of oil. Not the most pleasant experience especially when I had to wait as long as I did. I will definitely think twice before visiting again, maybe thrice.

Unfortunately, this location has been very disappointing. On multiple visits, I’ve experienced extremely long wait times—up to an hour for a simple order—and a lack of urgency from the staff. After three visits with either excessive waiting or incorrect orders, I can’t recommend this location.

Some of you people just like to complain! Lol. This place was great. Yes, the line was long(went during lunch hours) but went by fast. My food was correct and tasted great and great customer service. If you don’t like crowded places and don’t have patience, I suggest you wait until it dies down to go.

First time visiting and had an awful expierence. Drive thru speaker very low and the gentleman on the mic was mumbling and incredibly hard to understand. Customer service was bad. Consider hiring a better staff. Once we got our order, they gave us ONE napkin. The food was there but the order was wrong – ordered a large coleslaw, but received a regular/small order. This is probably good because the coleslaw was disgusting, bland, had a funny color and texture and tasted old. Probably won’t be back.
