Chinese tapas at its best! Dough zone Walnut Creek is a great option if you’re looking to try dumplings. Their small plates are all freshly prepared and you must try the Dan Dan noddles.
This chain doesn’t disappoint each time we visit one of their locations. While Walnut Creek is farther than for us, it was worth the drive. Staff and service is excellent and food delicious!

Great experience, went on a slow Monday. Very attentive service and polite staff. Food is spot on, we tried multiple dishes and drinks. Also, sign up for rewards through square payment. We will be back soon, I also did some work while there and forgot my mouse and they call me next day. Thank you Kenny

Nice service, decor, and vibe. The dan dan noodles were delicious – al dente, flavorful, and numbing. The green onion pancakes were crisp and yummy. The sesame kale salad was very tasty but needed a little more tenderizing. The beef noodle soup, pork xiao long bao, pork chili wontons, and vegetable potstickers were fine but not memorable. We look forward to trying more noodles here!

We had the Pork Xiao Long Bao (so good as everyone says) Sweet and Sour Cucumber, Pan Fried Chive Dumplings, Onion Pancake, Pan Fried Vegetable Pot Stickers and the Romaine Lettuce Salad with Sesame dressing.
All dishes were delicious and the prices were very reasonable!

I really like this place. This is my first time. Even though there weren’t a lot of people, that’s a great thing, their food were great to my taste, lots of selections and the service was good as well.

The cucumber, spicy beef, and soup dumplings were great! The wontons and pot stickers, though, were a bit underwhelming The pork bun looked beautiful and super photogenic, but the dough was a little on the thick side.

Delicious food and great service! The beef noodle soup was rich and flavorful, and the dumplings were fresh and juicy. Clean place, fast service definitely one of the best spots in Walnut Creek!

Absolutely delicious! Everything came out hot and fresh. The prices were great given we ordered 5 dishes, only $43! As a vegetarian, I recommend the pot stickers and cucumber dish. The Dan Dan noodles were alright. Might try a different noodle dish next time. I loved how clean and safe the area and restaurant felt.

This place had such nice music and atmosphere. Very clean, calm and attentive service. It was my first time at a soup dumpling place and my friend and I had never had it before. The staff was super nice and showed us how to eat the food and it was a lot of fun! I’m definitely coming back later on to try other things on the menu. All of the food together was filling but individually could make for a pleasant light meal. My favorites were the Pork Xiao Long Bao [1] and the Pan Fried Beef Pies [3] (tamale texture)

A wonderful dim sum experience! The soup dumplings are perfect. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. We also tried the banana naan for desert, and it was light crispy, and refreshing as a palate cleanser. The staff are friendly, helpful, communicative, and down to earth. We would love to come back in the future!
