It was my first time trying their burgers. And OMG they’re really good! I definitely recommend the Super Burger it’s with delicious crunchy edge patty that is mouth watering! I would go back here with friends and family ☺️

Stopped in for a burger and shake, hoping for a solid lunch. Unfortunately, the burgers were a letdown—overly sauced, sloppy, and not very balanced. The super sauce also overwhelmed the shoestring fries so much so that I left them behind.
Milkshakes, which I was looking forward to, are apparently no longer on the menu.
That said, the staff were very friendly and the place itself was clean, which made for a pleasant atmosphere. At nearly $80 for three meals, not worth a second visit.

On our way back from Niagara, my husband was craving burgers. A quick Google search directed us to a restaurant with good reviews, so we decided to try it, and I’m glad we did! The staff was friendly, the portions were huge, and the prices were reasonable. We ordered the walk-in special and really enjoyed it. I will definitely visit again when I’m in the Niagara area.

Honestly one of the best smash burgers I’ve had in a while. Especially if you’re a student the value here is great, with that 15%. discount.
Casual and clean dining area, clean washrooms, friendly staff and most importantly tasty food with quality ingredients. My only complaint is I wish the fry’s had a little more salt. Other than that I will definitely be returning soon.

My partner and I went there for Valentine’s Day and we got the super! Crispy and Super Burger and the fries. The server was very polite and the smash burgers were some of the best we ever had! Definitely would recommend

As someone with allergies, I give this place an amazing review!! The staff were so kind and made sure my allergy needs were met. The gluten free bun was delicious and fluffy, which is hard to find. Also the vegetarian patty tasted just like real meat to me which was so awesome. Not to mention the music playing in the store was such a nice mood and was catchy. Overall, absolutely amazing!

Amazing burgers and fantastic fries. Staff are very friendly and fast with your order. The milkshakes here are so smooth and thick. Prices are okay. Clean facility. Patio available. The restaurant can convert into an open air concept. Good selection of tap and canned alcoholic beverages. No credit card surcharge. Would like to see a larger serving of fries.

I got the #1. The service was not good. The default tipping option was 50%. There was an obvious tension between the girl cooking and the girl taking orders which saw many huffs and puffs along with eye rolls when the other’s back was turned. The food was fine, nothing special but I paid restaurant prices so I was expecting something better than BK quality. The music was way too loud. I eat alone on lunch, I want to listen to my headphones not be forced to listen to a maroon 5 live album. This remains the only fast food style burger in the DT Core but as soon as a McDonald’s or Wendy’s opens close by this place will struggle. Fantastic location.

To be fully transparent, the catalyst for the review was the 50% default tip option. I paid over $30 for this meal. The other restaurants you mentioned allow for the customer to leave a tip when their meal is finished. Furthermore, it is pretty standard practice to default prompt for between 20 and 30% when tipping on a machine. So when you mention these menu prices you are being very misleading and disingenuous because a customer will pay more than the menu price and in the case of super burger it is 50 perfect.
I love supporting local businesses. But when I pay a 50% service fee for almost non existent service (I had to walk over to pick up my meal) I must warn others before being tricked like I was. Let me know if the tipping option changes and I will gladly come back to try a burger again. But right now it’s just not worth over $30.
