This store is horrible I went in there this morning was beyond pleasant with the staff members first they said there card machine was down they only accept cash which is very unacceptable than I ordered a raisin bagel and they gave me a burnt bagel l I have my veneers done my teeth done so there is no way I am able to bite into a burn bagel lol I will never return back to this store to support there business I feel like I have been ripped off from my money that I work hard for I called the store over 30x and no one picked up which is very unprofessional, what a waste of my time and money especially a waste of my money lol

I got the tomato pesto grilled cheese and they didn’t cook it. They didn’t even toast the bread. It’s a grilled cheese. It was horrible. They perpetually mess up orders. The only reason why I have 2 stars is because when they get things right, it’s good.

This place is a complete shitshow. I use the app to order so I can snag my order on the go and get to work for 5:30am in Trumbull from NB. This is the fifth time they’ve trashed my order and by that I mean I ordered at 4:45am, got there to pick it up at 5am, the dude didn’t even make my order and I waited fit another 10 mins before I watched him make someone else’s order who’s just gotten there. I told him I had to go and asked where my order was and he looked at me like I was a moron then asked if I wanted Tom to make it. I told him no I didn’t have time and I wanted a refund. He told me to come back later. $21 down the drain.

I left without ordering after being ignored for 5 minutes.
This happened on multiple occasions.
Just make it drive thru only if you can’t handle walk in customers.

Accidently placed 2 orders through the app that was immediately noticed and upon my arriving I was asked if the second order was placed by accident. Manager was extremely helpful with the refund. The food was great. Very pleased- great crew!

Incredibly rude Staff, I have NEVER received such poor treatment at Dunkin before. The worker was unable to make my regular drink- which exists on their menu… and instead asked for a substitution. No problem here. Requested an alternative drink and was very rudely told that the machine was being cleaned and that they would NOT make the drink. I would avoid this location at night as they do not seem to care about you.
