I recently visited Blimpie, and I have to say, I was incredibly impressed. The sandwiches were fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned—everything you could want from a sub shop. The bread was soft, the ingredients were crisp, and the overall experience was great.
But what truly made my visit special was the customer service. A young man named Isaiah helped me, and he was nothing short of amazing. Isaiah went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect, offering helpful suggestions and making sure everything was prepared exactly to my liking. His positive attitude and friendly demeanor made the experience so much more enjoyable. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in his work.
I went to blimpie ordered and suddenly remembered I did not have my card this nice young lady Alexis helped me to figure out the issue.her customer service is amazing

This place is one of the worst places I’ve been to. I will not come back to the employees are rude and the food wasn’t great at all. Hope they will get better is the only way I will go back and that is a iffy a bit if. Good luck for anyone that does go to this place.

I spoke with Owner Horrible attitude and kept over talking me. People work hard for their money and for him to act as if me and my coworker was lying about the sub being completely soaked in oil and vinegar. Typical! being unprofessional then trying to gaslight the customer saying I’m getting “Irritated”. No accountability on his end very unprofessional and moving forward I will make sure I will not be giving him anymore business! And it’s not the first time dealing with the unprofessionalism.! We pay for the food it should be right! Nothing was giving for free so the PAYING PERSON should be met with respect and understanding! stating it was “unbelievable” on top of the fact I have multiple witnesses that seen the food and heard the interaction with him! 0/10 I would NEVER recommend! It’s the customer that keep these places in business the audacity to talk to them like they are NOTHING!

Horrible experience. Toaster was broken and 2 workers were not friendly AT ALL. Played on phones while should have at least been cleaning the front door glass. Can certainly tell they were not happy about their job. Sandwich was extremely dry after I stated I wanted extra Mayo and mustard.

There are some cool, quiet young folks working at Blimpies. They are #1 over subways. I ate half my turkey and cheese and I’ll be eating the rest for dinner. The store is always so fresh and so clean clean

Let me tell you what..if you’re looking to enjoy a fresh sub on your lunch break this is the place. Not only is the food fresh but the cleanliness of the restaurant tops it off. Thanks to Josie and Anna for great hospitality.
