Extremely disappointed in this Pizza Hut I had to reorder and pay 50% of the order it was a personal pizza for my lunch sausage and extra cheese and I was disappointed both times. Sad to say I love Pizza Hut but I won’t order from here again

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza from Pizza Hut today. Tasted delicious! Extra cheese, half sausage and half pepperoni. We were even able to order online for a set time. Very convenient!

Pizza was solidly okay. But I let out an audible gasp when I opened the bread sticks. They have to be the saddest looking bread sticks I’ve ever received from any Pizza Hut ever. Nevertheless, gave them a try, and they were the saddest tasting bread sticks too. They went in the trash. This was my first visit here. I find it hard to believe there aren’t better locations in the area, so I’ll give a different one a shot next time.

We ordered 2 of the “My Hut Boxes” with Pizza Melts and Honey BBQ Boneless Wings. When preparing the order, it appears the Boneless Wings are just placed into an open paper boat/cup and the BBQ sauce is poured on top. When the order arrived at the house, the sauce was spilled all over the cardboard box and the Pizza Melts themselves. The sauce also ran thru the edges of the box which we could not see until my wife placed the box on her lap. Now she was wearing the sticky Honey BBQ sauce on her white pants. We immediately attempted to wash out the sauce but no luck. Now the pants are ruined and have been thrown away. It’s amazing to me that the Boneless Wings are not placed in a small “CLOSEABLE” box especially when being delivered! Such an epic design failure.
Anyway the Pizza Melts tasted okay after being reheated and the Boneless Wings were cold so we trashed them. It’s hard to reheat Boneless Wings with sauce everywhere but it would’ve been nice to eat hot/warm when it arrived. Not sure if we’ll be ordering Boneless Wings again if that’s how they arrive. Very disappointed and we understand it’s not the fault of the employees especially if this is the only containers they are given by Management for these “My Hut Boxes”. Good idea but a very poor design…
