One star for the food and interior of the store.
The store needs a good cleaning. The metal panels around the area you pick up food….. need to literally be scrubbed. The whole area is disgusting. We came in the evening and it was colder inside the restaurant then outside! My phone temperature app registered it to be 45 degrees inside.
Our fries were so salted and covered in seasoning…..we couldn’t eat them. I also could not even wipe off any of it. Our chicken was cold.
We ordered inside and I would HIGHLY recommend not doing that. We saw countless orders go out and waited 25 minutes for our food.

Horrible customer service at this location not only did they miss 4 pieces of my chicken. The pieces were so tiny it looked like they got hungry and ate some of my food. They also gave us a super small portion of fries and when I asked about it I was told they weigh their fries and are under staffed so they couldn’t remake my cold fries after I drove 30 min back. When I asked for a supervisor I was told there was NO supervisor on duty. Aracely needs to go back to training days and give better customer service. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

I’ve been coming here for years and customer service is always great but the place seems more run down and dirty every time I come. This most recent time I showed up right when they opened and the place looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. A restaurant should always be clean for health reasons and it says a lot about a business when they dont keep a place clean. Makes you wonder how clean and sanitarty they are with food. I love this place and would love to keep coming back but it would be great if they did some deep cleaning anf maintained it a little better.

Called in an order for 30pc boneless at 3pm on a Saturday. They said 15-20min. Showed up 20min later, the restaurant was dead. No other customers. Order wasn’t ready. Took them an additional 25min after I got there. 45min to make 30 wings!!
The workers were more interested in their conversation than making my food.
Got home and my food was cold! Avoid this place unless you have no other choices!! BAD SERVICE, cold food and a lack of desire to even provide a good product.

ordered online and boyfriend got there to pick it up on time. we got 20 boneless wing special. all of our wings were cold, none of them were labeled and in the same container (4 flavors), and the sauces/rubs weren’t even dispersed on the wings. it’s like they poured the sauce on top and didn’t mix at all. really disappointing when you want decent wings and are craving them. not sure what happened but just seems lazy.

Do not donate your money to this place. You most likely not eat the food. Toss the wings for goodness sake. Wings are always only tossed on one side only. Soggy wings even though we ordered well done. Fries soggy . And the ranch is straight up white water. Please do not eat here. TRUST ME!!

This location can never get their take out orders right. Ordered my chicken extra extra well done, also ordered a side of carrots. My chicken was undercooked and the forgot my carrots. This is the 3rd time and we will not be going back. The management and staff needs to pay better attention to the orders and double check each order!!!!

Always get your order wrong through Doordash. no quality control on what they hand out to the drivers. I’ve ordered delivery several times from this location and 75% of the time, the order is missing a whole bag of food / a couple of items or the order is entirely wrong. I suggest ordering from the Wingstop on Erringer instead.

I just went in about 30 minutes ago and placed a to go order. I was helped by Felicia. She was very friendly and thorough with my order. She said it was about 12 minutes for my wings and fries but it seemed faster than that. Establishment was clean inside and out.

They completely forgot to make my order, it seemed as if they didn’t believe me until I gave them my receipt. Then I saw the cook check his stack of finished receipts and pulled the matching one. He told me it would take ‘just a minute’ but he was barely reaching for new wings to cook. I had to wait twice the amount of time for my order and wasn’t even offered a few extra wings or drink. I feel that it’s my responsibility to make sure they cook my order and that’s not how it should be.
