Last time I went in to pick up my order there was a roach crawling across the counter. The worker looked directly at it and ignored it lol. Food is usually good but won’t go anymore w a roach infestation. Delivery is not worth the stress – tried it twice – over an hour late for one and just never showed up the other time. Going in to request a fresh order after neglected delivery is like pulling teeth. Just avoid this location.

Always good food. But my delivery driver threw my pizza in my bushes and it was ruined with bugs. I tried calling the store and they wouldn’t even pick up. Absolutely ridiculous.

Pizza is hit or miss . Depends on who is cooking it !. Their customer service is great! If your pizza is messed up don’t hesitate to give them a call to get it fixed.

I use to love this papa John’s. They always got my order right. But the last 3 times I’ve ordered a deluxe pizza from here it doesn’t have pepperoni on it. It says it in the description that the deluxe has pepperoni, but it doesn’t have it on it. When you order door dash it doesn’t let you do specials, to let someone know. Just disappointed. Love papa John’s pizza just like pepperoni on the deluxe also. 3 strikes your out! Guess I’ll go back to cassano’s

Ordered a pizza online and got a text that it was on the way and waited for it in the living room to be dropped off it was just left on the porch with no notification. To make matters worse the pizza wasn’t even cut at all, and the toppings are all over the box and on the corner of the lid from sliding off the pizza and the store requested that the pizza be returned or they will credit it to my account. I’ve never had a problem with papa John’s but the rudness of this store is ridiculous

The manager was very helpful when the order I made with the general call center never made it to the store..I feel sorry for the staff because they had no way to check what store our pizza was at and couldn’t even see on computer that I did order it…manager and staff were great about hurrying to get another order together for us ..we always like their pizza and their deals are great!

I had the supreme Papadia, a medium pizza with pepperoni and pineapple and cheesy bread sticks. Everything was delicious! The service was great. This location reminded me why Papa John’s is one of the best!
