All of the ingrediente were fresh, and the employee Flor was great even going as far as writing the sándwich names on each wrapping so we wouldn’t get mixed up. This was great for our hungry road trip teenagers. Thank you to Flor !!

okay, don’t get me wrong. I love subway so much!! but the problem was that my food had a ton of veggies and barely any steak. it’s called a Philly cheese-STEAK, right?! I don’t mean to be ruse in any way, but with all due respect, the consistency of subway is not.. well.. consistent. the Hit-&-Run on Ambassador, I think is the road, is always consistent with the quality of the food! Just wanted to say this.

Good sandwiches, terrible salads. They don’t even list them on the menu board, so not sure how they picked the price for this tiny bowl. They didn’t even include salad dressing. Not worth the trip.

I asked for chicken on my sub and this man puts chicken keef on my sub. I mean literal crumbs. And then when i asked him if he could put more chicken, he gon go ahead and charge me for extra chicken. Dude was also practically yelling at me because he had airpods in and was struggling to hear me. And on top of all that it was $58 for 3 SUBS AND DRINKS?!?!?!

They keep canceling my orders. Thankfully, a Jersey Mike’s just opened up. It’s a bit farther, but the better food is definitely worth the drive.

I ordered two sandwiches, I ordered a turkey bacon ranch with pepper jack cheese and ranch sauce and got just turkey. If there is anything it’s the plainest thing I’ve ever seen and completely underneath the meat. Both were not toasted like I wanted. Absolutely horrible I even had directions for the other sandwich to have light Mayo and you LOAD it up with Mayo even though I TYPED it out that I didn’t want much Mayo is crazy to me. This is crazy, how can you miss all of that? I wasted my money, 18 for 2 sandwiches. I’ll be going to a different subway because that is crazy.

My order was canceled because I used the BOGOFTL coupon through the app. My order had two sandwiches. I didn’t know it was canceled until I got to the store. My friend, who ordered at the same time through the app and used the same coupon, had her order filled. I was told that the manager instructed employees to cancel BOGO orders of our was only two sandwiches. My friend’s order had four sandwiches, so hers got filled. I know the app has previously not allowed me to use the coupon on orders at that location. I am more than happy to go to a different location that allows coupons and offers from Subway to be used. But after this experience I will never go back and I am so happy we have a Jersey Mikes! I will gladly drive the extra miles for a product and service that are miles above anything this little backwater place could ever create.
