My good review is because the manager Ryan is so amazing. He is just the sweetest guy ever. He makes you feel so welcomed like you’re his family or something, I can’t explain. Like a grandpa I never I had. Lol. I am just so happy every time he is working bc his energy is so friendly and pleasant. I accidentally ordered carryout one time instead of delivery and never got my ordered and he made sure I was taken care of even though it was my mistake. This review is just for him bc I’d like to honor & recognize kind ppl in a world where ppl are much quicker to magnify negativity.

Very nice. There was one man working, and he was very sweet. I felt bad that he was working alone, but he did a fantastic job me and my boyfriend loved our pizza and wings ! very good , quick , and easy.

this is getting kind of very frustrating to me. I had ordered less than a month ago spend $60 for my sister birthday party and the pizza was bone dry like almost no sauce littlest amount of cheese. it was hard all threwout and very hard to bite down on. i got a store credit and the Manager said he would personally talk to the staff at night. i went and used my credit tonight and OH MY LORD. i ordered and i kind of got the ick snobby attitude from the manager and a staff member that was there. was told it would take 15 min so i waited in my car right outside the door and the 2 kept talking and then looking out to my car. one time would have been okay whatever but they did it several times within that 15 min wait which kind of made me uncomfortable. i went to pick it up inside once i seen that it was on the counter i walked in i haven’t even said anything and the manager said “ya it’s on the counter” and seemed agitated.
i don’t know if it has anything to do with the fact that i paid for my order with a credit or that they just didn’t want to work there. it is very unprofessional while i was also there there was a delivery driver going in and out but it looked like he had his gf with him riding along with him and going back behind the counter she didn’t have no pizza hut uniform and was in booty shorts. i had eyes rolled at me by employees and gave dirty looks at by the manager and employees.
i got home to realize that the pizza WAS EXACTLY THE SAME AS LAST TIME !! VERY overcooked and little amount of sauce like barely any and not very much cheese. it was very very thin you can tell that there is hardly any sauce on the pizza.
i have never had any problem with the pizza hut on highway K but i seem to have had 4 problems with this specific location.!
i just will NEVER BE COMING BACK!!!!
EVER!! this location is very unprofessional and rude and unsanitary.

I walk in, the girl tells me it’ll be just a couple of minutes. About 10 minutes pass and I see her dropping the 16 piece wing in the fryer for my order. She tells the girl working with her that she forgot to drop them. Of course she doesn’t tell me that, they just stand there and giggle. I have groceries in the car, and time this so that my order would be done when I got there. I get that I might have to wait a minute or two, this was going to be well past 20 minutes and they don’t even tell me that. I’m calling corporate lol but seriously it’s always a problem with this dump.

They’ve messed up plenty of times before but this most recent time was my last for sure. Pizza never showed, called them and the guy on the phone acted like it wasn’t a big deal. Said “sorry, I already sent the driver home” and nothing else. I asked for a refund but he couldn’t do it and left a note for his boss in the morning. I called back and talked to the the manager who issued a refund, but we didn’t even get the full amount back. I will not order from here again after that.

Wonderful experience! The manager Ryann is so professional! My ordered got delayed and he didn’t charge me! I said he didn’t have to do that, he insisted! Very classy! Pizza was good!

I placed an order thru the app and it took my rewards point and a pending charge on my credit card but the app went haywire so I called the store and sure enough the order didn’t go thru but my rewards points are gone . The manager said I needed to call the # on the app which is fine. But we still wanted a pizza so since we were on our way home we stopped in to place an order. I explained to the girl what happened and she said I needed to call the # which is fine but I want to place an order. She just walked away and never took my order?!? And never came back to the counter nor did the manager ?!? The app is horrible and obviously the customer service sub par! I worked for Pizza Hut -my first job, and this kind of service would have NEVER been acceptable! Guess I need to find a new pizza option!
