I have never had a worse sandwich than the one at this Subway. The woman threw the meat in to a sandwich to the point it started falling apart. Not only my sandwich got torn apart, but the meat started falling out and so is the vegetables didn’t fit in it, so she decided squished the vegetables into the sandwich. I wanted to refuse, but my husband alright paid for it. I don’t recommend cooking here, i didn’t get a sandwich I just got a big mess,

Another 1 star, a McDonald’s with false advertising. No Hello kitty toy! And Subway that won’t let you have a choice in the cheese. We went to order the Chicken and cheese dipper. As the guy went to put the cheese on we asked for provolone cheese. And he said they are not permitted to change cheeses. We told him to forget it. Let subway throw away the chicken and bread. We find the chicken and cheese dipper to be an awesome snack. And 8 out of 10 do change the cheese. These restaurants are the reason I will put 1 star for loves also since there management is what runs these locations according to employees comments.

8/27/2025 10:30am Went in for a simple order of “ONLY” grilled chicken! The girl put it in a bowl and sat on the counter. She started helping other people with subs and ringing others up. My question to you all why did I stand there for a full 29 minutes staring at the chicken in the bowl????? All it was, was chicken in the bowl!!!! I just needed to be rung up and thats it!!! I cant comprehend what the hold up was????? I left it after the 3rd sub for someone else was being made!!!! Will NEVER come back!!!

Tonight was a first for me at a 24 hour subway at a 24 hour truck stop! I saw a lady go in and want a sandwich she was told everyone was on break and they could not make her a sandwich till the break was over! So the lady went to take apic of them sitting there and the subway employee started yelling at the lady continued to follow the lady outside and yell at her all the way back to her car. The employee was yelling about how she could have her managers number her manager’s name call corporate if you want screaming and yelling at this customer all the way to her car! Because she was going to take a picture and submit it to corporate asking why it’s acceptable for people to be sitting in there, but they can’t make a sandwich for a customer when it’s a 24-hour store. I cannot believe the behavior from the employee it was extremely unacceptable to be yelling at this woman like that!

Horrible service, was standing at the counter waiting for a few minutes while 3 employees were out in the dining room goofing off, and finally when they were finished, came up behind us and asked if we could wait 10 minutes due to them being on break! So being that this is the only place open to eat at this hour, and next door mcdonalds is closed switching over to breakfast, here we sit. Waiting in the parking lot for rude lazy lady to finish her break….

I am a few months pregnant and was craving my sandwich and exact certain way. I definitely came in here that I was going to be too complicated.Kole was amazing. She helped me out and definitely didn’t rush me or make me feel like a bother. Best service in the sandwich I have had at Subway by four.
