During a day of shopping, we stopped by the Candy Cloud coffee shop. I have read all the positive reviews about it so I wanted to make sure to try a drink there. I ordered a coffee shake with chocolate chips and peanut butter cups. It was refreshing and delicious.
The only negative comment I can say about it was that it took 30 minutes for me to get my drink when it was nearly empty inside.

We love the drinks and food and have always had great stuff. This trip the pretzel bites were covered in salt. So much we had to wipe each one off individually because otherwise you could not eat it. So maybe cute back on the salt.

I wish I had better things to say about this place but I do not. As soon as I get there I was greeted with not a “hello” but a dirty look. I used the kiosk to place my order and wrote my name and everything. It took them probably 6 minutes or so to give me my one drink. No big deal. I’m okay with waiting. However, I didn’t even know my order was ready because they didn’t call out my name and I was occupied answering emails. This place does not have good customer service or atmosphere. Especially for that price, I will not be coming back.

Despite it being grand opening things moved so quickly! The drinks were AMAZING! They looked exactly like the pictures of the products and they tasted phenomenal. Service and staff were fast and friendly too. Would HIGHLY recommend stopping by if you’re near Greenway Station! I will definitely be coming back soon!

My daughter got the birthday cake and she said it was incredibly sweet but so good and i got the frozen hot chocolate and thought it was pretty tasty as well
If you love sweets but cant handle a lot then you could easily share one
one. Check it out if your in the area

It was a bit crowded in a tight space. But it was mid day on a Saturday so that is understandable. I ordered the Horchata iced with a pump of sugar free vanilla and brown sugar boba. It was so yummy! I will be going back again!

Atmosphere was a bit dismal. kiosk ordering only. No staff greeting as you come in or even at the front counter to help move orders along. I guess I’m a bit old fashioned and like to order at a place where I speak to a human and have the option to pay cash. That said, drinks were good but the lack of personal interaction or guidance how to order or even be around to help order was non existent.

The drinks here are really tasty! The strawberries and cream (special) was well balanced with sweetness and creaminess. The Ube milk tea was as delicious as it was colorful. The canned cloud shake was pretty much a fruity pebble shake and was great – a little on the sweet side, though. Definitely one of the best boba places in the Madison area.
