I am not from SC. I like to try BBQ spots of every city I travel to. The food wasn’t bad, its nothing special. Was charged a delivery fee even though I ordered at the counter :/? I paid $23 for this meal, compared to other states BBQ, its worth about $13.
Pulled chicken:it was decent, nothing special. 3/5
Baked beans: 1/5 tasted like candied yams, way too much sugar and no seasoning.
Macaroni: 2/5 regular Kraft mac n cheese taste. Nothing special, but it wasn’t the worst I’ve tried.

We recently catered a celebratory meal for 50 people. Doc delivered our food and was so very friendly and attentive!! (We had more than enough food and even plenty to give as leftovers!) The brisket and pulled pork…absolutely delicious…wow! And everyone raved about the beans and mac & cheese!! Yum! We live in Kansas City and are quite particular about our BBQ. MooHogz can’t be beat! We will definitely visit again! Best catering experience ever!

Top tier barbecue! Got the sampler platter and was super impressed by the quality of the barbecue! The brisket had the perfect amount of smoke! The turkey was great and the pulled pork was just the way I like it! But the prize of the show was the Mac and Cheese and baked beans! First off, the Mac and cheese was easiest the best I’ve ever had and the baked beans had a flavor I’ve never experienced in baked beans and I loved them. Almost like a little bite of Christmas in every spoonful. Definitely will be back! Thanks again guys!

Delicious food, although overpriced for small quantities. This combo platter with three sides ended up at over $60 plus tip. Lewis has better bang for your buck down the street.

I was recovering from a red-eye flight and a two hour drive as I was deciding whether barbecue was enough of a motivator to get out of bed.
THIS barbecue is enough motivation. The seasoning on the sides is some of the best I’ve ever had at a barbecue restaurant and the brisket is amazingly tender.
I wish I had access to this barbecue all the time. I only have a few days in Greenville, but I am absolutely coming back!

I loved everything about this place. The food was delicious, I got pulled pork, Mac and cheese, and green beans and it was all amazing. The people are the best and so nice and really just want to build a relationship with you. And the atmosphere at the commons is amazing. I recommend this 10 out of 10 times if you want some good bbq. (I also took home a half pound of brisket after they let me try it and it melted in my mouth). Go check them out because it’s amazing food and even better people.

From the moment you walk in, the smell alone lets you know you’re in the right place. The pulled pork and brisket are both excellent—tender, flavorful, and cooked just right. The sides are just as impressive: the green beans and baked beans are so good they could be meals on their own. Everything tasted fresh and full of flavor. I will definitely be back—don’t miss out on this excellent BBQ!

It has a smoky taste that is so genuine and unlike anything I’ve ever tasted. I also really like the green beans and the coleslaw. I did not try the macaroni and cheese, but based on the reviews below, I think I’ll go back there tomorrow and try it! Also, the staff and owner are very nice and incredibly accommodating! These guys should franchise!!

Had a full BBQ buffet catered for our office. Everyone loved it. The food was delicious. The order was correct. Everything was delivered on time and hot. The owner is very communicative and quick to respond. Easy to work with and affordable prices! 5 Stars. Will do business again.
