I’m a pizza snob. I know what I like. We were referred here to try their pizza. I am impressed. We kept it simple and ordered 1/2 tray with Ch/pep along with 10 wings med/ crispy. The wings were jumbo, juicy and crispy. The pizza was delicious! We really enjoyed the crust being crispy and the sauce was amazing. Cheese and pep was nicely distributed. Even though we live 45mins away, we will be back for pizza and wings.

I had a very disappointing experience at Casa Nova. My wife and I had a 7:00 PM reservation, yet even by 7:30 PM we were still standing and waiting to be seated. No one approached us, updated us, or acknowledged the delay. Employees kept looking at us but showed no initiative or care to communicate what was going on.
There were about nine other people waiting behind us, and we also noticed several tables already seated but still waiting a long time for their food. Many tables around us had no food at all, which didn’t give us confidence in the service.
Overall, the lack of communication and organization made this a frustrating experience. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Update from ten months ago. A half tray went from $15. To $17. To tonight I ordered a half tray with half pep and half cheese. I was charged over $20. Possibly bc I’ve had problems in the past with the owner. So I go to Casa Nova to pick up a half tray tonight. I ordered a few months ago and the owner tried scamming me on the price of toppings on the pizza. We got into a bit it. he tried charging me $2.25 a chicken wing On same
Order. Told him I don’t even want the wings anymore. I go to pick up tonight “hey I got a pick up under Bob” the nephew of the owner replies “Bob (last name)?!” I said yup, how’d you even know the last name I didn’t leave a last name. He said it came up on the caller ID. I said I didn’t call off of “bobs phone”. He gets my food and proceeds to tell me “my uncle wanted me to tell you don’t ever order from this restaurant ever again!” We had some choice words between each other. This family is the lowest of the low. This means the nephew got in contact with his uncle who wasn’t there and communicated some how that “Bob (last name) just ordered food”. The uncle relayed a message to his nephew to give me a message to never order from their place ever again once I arrived. Great business these guys conduct. Told me never order again, but sure wanted my money tonight. Or they’d of told me “no”
Over the phone. No wonder they’re only open 20 hours a week. 4 hours a night. and the parking lot is often empty. If it wasnt for their regulars, they wouldn’t exist.. The entire establishment went straight downhill after the old man passed away. The family members that took over have no idea how to run a restaurant. They have no idea how to talk to customers. They can’t seem to run a business successfully. They might think they have a successful business, but I’ve been in the restaurant industry for 18 years, and being open 4 hours a night shows they can’t run a business (yes, there are restaurants that that only need to be open 4 hours a night to pull in profits, you guys may be able to learn something from an owner like that) Do yourself a favor, don’t order from this place. Don’t support a family that doesn’t treat their customers how they should be treated. They’re extremely over priced. I paid over $20 for a half tray with just half pepperoni. I also know a friend that worked there for some time, and you’re not getting fresh sauce,hardly ever. . It’s usually 1-3 days old (because of their hours) when they pour it on top of your raviolis or spaghetti and meatballs. Unless you catch them on the day they made new sauce. This restaurant won’t last 5 more years with the family members they have running it now. It’s Friday, I went in around 6 and there was maybe 5 tables with customers. Every other table empty. Bar didn’t have a soul sitting on a stool. Please don’t give your money to a business that goes out of their way to call the owner and tell them someone specific ordered food and then ordered his nephew to rudely tell me never order from here again. Which won’t be a problem. They have sub-par over priced pizza (again, bc of the hours). They’re 30 seconds around the corner from me and it was convenient to grab a pizza from there. I wouldn’t even be surprised if they messed with my food after knowing who the order was for. IF YOUVE NEVER BEEN HERE, KEEP IT THAT WAY. There’s at least 8 different amazing Italian restaurants in the area. I highly suggest Casa Antica in Lewiston for authentic Italian. As far as this place goes, they’re an absolute joke and management/owner is a rude, arrogant, miserable with his life (and probably wife). I hope this guy treats his regulars like family because that’s all he’s got holding that business together.

Well our waiter was a kitchen cook not a real server But we had so much respect for the fact he tried so much, but a 5 top – never got our drinks , ever and I personally wanted gnocchi with sauce on side but it came on top! Soup and salad came together for 1 guest and not at a timely manner also a salad another wanted dressing on side for salad came on top So this was more a kitchen issue then the server he wrote it in his notes – I just can’t believe we paid full bill But it is what it is-stuck in 1976ish – I also didn’t like the fact that the other server came and whispered to him while he was taking our drink order saying that he was spending too much time at that table we had more patience. We let him do what he had to do when he told us he was from the kitchen. We’d give a lot of care we all at that table have been in food and beverage for Universal Studios, Orlando, and no good service when we see it it wasn’t his fault. It was the fault of the rest of the venue and workers. Not helping him and Because the server told him he was taking too much time he took our drink orders, but never came back with the drinks. I do not blame this guy for a lot of his mistakes. I blame that management and the other experienced server. Who didn’t help and the owner eating in the bar could have jumped in for a few minutes- This guy was trying his hardest to do right and was very nice

Soda comes in a short glass and no refills. Dirty dishes. Everything was overcooked, mushy, soggy, greasy, tasteless, or a combination of these things. It’s an Italian restaurant but their pasta sauce is disgusting ♀️ like, how? Small portioned, badly cooked, horribly overpriced, underwhelming food that takes over an hour to finally arrive at the table. Nobody ate more than a few bites, and left the leftovers on the plate instead of taking it home. Never again.
