As a Chicagoan (born & raised), I inevitably inherited an appreciation for/of GREAT pizza. Pizza so good, that with each bite, I need a “bleep” button within my complimenting dialogue!
I migrated/relocated to the State of Florida in January, 2007. Sadly, it took me this long to find a restaurant (excluding Giordano’s in Orlando) that came even the slightest bit close, to the quality and taste of the pizza from the elite pizzeria spots back in Chicago.
This very day goes day in history, as the day I found a place worthy of my stomach’s time, filling it with pizza.
All I can say….I am (bleeping) marveled how deliciously intoxicating this pizza truly is…bite after bite.
Do yourself a favor thw next time you plan on ordering pizza. Order it from Belleria!

I have ordered from there a handful of times and it has been the same order. Last weekend my father in law was in town and we wanted to have good pizza. We drive 30 minutes or so to go to belleria and we don’t mind paying the higher prices since we know the quality is good and the food is good. However when my husband brought the pizza home it was a little more than well done but not quite burnt but it definitely altered the taste. Yes my husband should have looked at it prior to walking out the door however he didn’t and bring it was a Saturday night I wasn’t going to drive all the way back. I did email them and sent pictures etc. I wasn’t looking for anything other than maybe an apology and that they missed it and sent it out. That was not the case the email I got back was very insincere he offered me a large cheese pizza and again I wasn’t looking for anything just trying to let them know it was unacceptable. I didn’t even bother messaging back after that. I spent 80 on 3 pizzas one of which is a personal pan. He said to order it with a lighter cook next time. First thing I thought of so I can go and get a undercooked pizza then wait while
They correct it. Normally their pizza is cooked fine so why alter the way I order. I understand if it is always an issue but this was one time. But now they lost a customer due to poor customer service.
Again their food normally great and I am more taken back by the managers response
I won’t be back and be can take his cheese pizza and go kick rocks with it.
Since I can’t reply to the response I will post here. In my email I wanted no compensation an apology instead of telling me your opinion would have been great but you can’t even take responsibility. You told me it wasn’t burnt and you told me it didn’t alter the taste being that I ordered same thing everytime I think I would know how it usually comes out. Asking for a light cook would me that it could be underdone since I never had an issue before.
Seeing the lack in customer service and how unprofessional you are is enough to turn people away.
So that was fun. The pizza was good too. The flavors are light and mild but the texture is hearty and robust. I got a cheese pizza and it’s definitely the style of pizza that’s made for lots of toppings. Still delicious and made with high quality ingredients!
