The person who waited on me, had to take one of their earbuds out to take my order. She asked me what type of bread I wanted, and I told her Italian. She made my sandwich on Italian herbs and cheese, which is not what I asked, for she got the correct button, Dumped the sandwich onto the correct bun and tossed the other one. She went on to put my sandwich in the toaster oven without asking me, but I did not want toasted so she took it out. Then she looked at me and said “you can go ahead and pay” without telling me the total. I had to ask her if it was OK to pay in cash. The problem here is she was on the phone the entire time that she was waiting on me so she couldn’t be bothered to assist me correctly. As soon as I walked away from the register, she continued talking loudly in another language on her phone call. It was a very nice clean restaurant with nice music playing that I never heard over her phone call. I love Subway, but I would never visit this location again. I should also mention that the meatball sub that I got was the messiest one I’ve ever purchased. This was not a good experience.

Ice machine was down so they filled my ice in the back. After getting my fountain drink I looked down and there was a creamy white substance floating off the ice. I’m quite sure the gloves from my sandwich (had mayo) went into their ice and was put in my cup. Absolutely disgusting. Lost my appetite.

The place and the people were very pleasant, and the service was excellent. I recently visited to get a Subway, and I was truly impressed by their kindness and politeness. They treated me with great respect and took my order very courteously.

Very pleasant experience! I had a foot long steak and cheese with a fountain drink. The gentlemen who made my sandwich was welcoming. He was extremely clean and efficient. He treated every customer with the same friendliness and always had a smile on. My experience as a customer was so cared for that it made me buy another six inch sandwich out the door! Wish I got his name!

Got subway for lunch today and im very disapointed. my tuna had hard dried clumps in it, my veggies tasted like the had been from yesterday the olives tasted extremely oldand expired. very uninjoyable. Will not be buying this again.

Place would not accept subway coupon which has happened before. Amount of veggies and cheese added is very small. Have to ask if want a normal amount. Also charged me too much for a combo meal. Employee just said they were an employee and didn’t know why coupons weren’t accepted or combo meal price incorrect.
