The kids meals are really good but they are super expensive. The side for a kids meal is chips and Mac and cheese but the Mac and cheese is a $1.25 extra and it did t used to be like that overall it was very good espec The big sugar cookies you fat at the counter they are amazing love this place will def come back pretty much everyday!! Tried McAlister’s Deli for the first time and honestly I’m mad I didn’t come sooner. From the moment we walked in, the service was great. The cashier, Tyra, was super patient and took the time to explain the whole menu to me and my wife. Since it was our first time, that really helped. She recommended the “Choose 2” option, which ended up being an awesome choice because we got to try more than one thing without overdoing it.
She also recommended the cheesecake… and wow, easily one of the best cheesecakes I’ve ever had. On top of that, she made a delicious cup of sweet peach tea that was perfect with the meal.
Between the amazing food and Tyra’s great attitude and patience, the whole experience was just really enjoyable. Customer service like that makes a big difference. We’ll definitely be back!!

Great customer service, he was very friendly and welcoming. I tend to order the exact thing each visit which is the Savannah Chopped Salad, no matter which location I go to. It just appears this location is a tad hesitant with their portions. I’m used to having a full container when I get my Savannah Chopped Salad . Nevertheless it tasted like a good salad. I tried the raspberry Sweet Tea, it wasn’t enough raspberry syrup in my opinion. I couldn’t taste the raspberry flavor ♀️. Nevertheless, if you’re in the area, this is a nice McAlister’s location.

We went for lunch on a Sunday and took our food to go because we were in a time crunch. Honestly, great decision because the place was packed but they were so efficient and had our food to use in an extremely quick time. We had six in our party and were all out of there in under 10 minutes with very tasty food.

I have to use the app to order curbside? Called up there to place a curbside order and the person said sorry you have to do that on the app. Like… What? Why? My husband is in a boot for an injury and they literally wouldn’t take an order over the phone for curbside. Also you can’t order a bowl of soup on the app or website. This is ridiculous! Since when is getting a take out order the most complicated experience? We won’t be coming back.

Ordered a Reuben sandwich with a side of fruit. I also got a cup of chili. Both were delivered quickly. The chili was nice and hot and tasted really good. The Reuben sandwich was good but the sauerkraut in the sandwich was not drained and the bread underneath was soaked and falling apart. The sandwich was still delicious but messy. The side fruit was fresh and tasty. I think it was the manager that came by and was friendly, picked up my dishes, and asked if I wanted more tea. Overall I enjoyed dining here.

Just tried “curbside” pick-up bc of dog in car. Food looks fine but no utensils or napkins in bag. Hard to have soup without a spoon. The basics matter.

I have had worse meals that costed me way more then this. Very reasonably priced and the grilled chicken sandwich on a croissant was delicious, better then expected. Potato salad was nice as well. Don’t have any complaints here. 25 bucks for two people is not a bad price at all for what we got.

My daughter eats here alot but last week was my 1st time so we dined in. Great place to wat. Busy busy location but they were quick. Very polite clean chill atmosphere. I love salads and you can’t really find a good salad these days in Norman but I ordered one here and OMG that was the BEST salad I’ve had in a long time. I will DEFINITELY be bac for another salad lol. Ordered a ham and chz melt as well and it was soooo yummy. Excited to see how good all the items are on the menu. Thank you guys for a great 1st experience and an amazing salad

We were a little hesitant to bring our family out because some of their sandwiches are more expensive than we typically spend when we eat out, but boy were we educated quickly when we sat down with our food. It is simply outstanding food, prepared wonderfully, and was worth every penny. They have some great reasonably priced menu items to balance out the more high-end items – club sandwich, grilled ham, etc. I got the 12 inch roast beef with au jus and chicken tortilla soup, and it was a religious experience. Thanks, McAlister’s! We’ll be back soon!
