The restaurant was clean & service was welcoming & friendly. The food was fresh & packaged in front of us. Everything was delicious!! I had curry chicken with cook up added (it was amazing!!) The oxtails and shrimp fried rice is everything!! My only slight complaint is that the oxtails could’ve been a little more tender but let me tell you…this is hands down the BEST Caribbean food I’ve had in Delaware. Please support this wonderful restaurant

This place I can not praise enough. I have been coming to them for years and each time I am quite impressed. I have never had a complaint about any of the food we have bought and ate there. The staff is always polite and answers any questions you may have. I love the fact that you can see all the food and exactly what they are/are not doing while fixing your plates. Very nice clean establishment. I don’t live close to them but I will drive for good food. I definitely recommend this restaurant if you want fresh cooked food that is delicious.

An amazing experience for your taste buds. All other options for Caribbean-inspired food will be nullified after eating this food. Order to your liking. Get the rice & beans, if you like it. It’s delicious. But you do yourself a disservice if you don’t get the cooked up rice. It’s a meal in itself and goes GREAT with any of the dishes. And don’t sleep on the spinach/collard greens side dish. Oh, and get there early because they will run out.

I ordered the lemon honey salmon with cabbage rice and peas, beef ribs with shrimp fried rice and cabbage. And a salmon cake. The salmon was cooked and seasoned to perfection and went really well with the rice and peas. The beef ribs and shrimp fried rice were also delicious. The salmon cake was good (I don’t really like salmon cakes just tried a piece of my mans) didn’t hate it like I usually do best salmon cake I’ve ever tried. Only complaint is the cabbage was a little plain but if you’re like me and you mix it with everything else it’s fine.
Highly recommend giving this place a try you won’t regret it especially if you get the salmon

Love the food here! Portions are generous, at a great price. I’ve tried the jerk chicken, the curry goat, and chicken, the beef patties, mac and cheese, ribs, rice, cabbage, corn, and oxtails. All of them were great. Very friendly people, with great atmosphere. Plus the food is never salty!

I Love this plcae! I was a faithful D&H lover but not anymore. I have had the jerk salmon, BBQ Chicken, Curry Shrimp, and the fired rice and shrimp. And all have been so Good. But that jerk salmon baby is behind good. The ladies are so nice. If i could give my stars i WOULD!!!

Amazing food at a great price. I called these people 5 times in a day with no answer. When I finally went and ordered in person (furiously), I was stunned by how worth it the headache was. Whatever you have to do to get this food, do it. You won’t be disappointed.

The vast variety of Caribbean dishes make this a great place for grabbing a full meal or a small plate. The food is highly seasoned, extremely flavourful, large portions, traditional Guyanese macaroni and cheese with mustard and mayonnaise cooked in. The curry options are superb. The owner does a good portion of the preparation and cooking as well as serving! Very impressive establishment, small sitting area though so good for short stops.
Haven’t had the roti yet but soon enough! That’s what I have been waiting to try since I found out about this place last year.
